i was making a joke about him being cut short because he was literally cut in half.

and prior to the movie he looked like he was gonna be such a bad *** villain and was gonna stick around for at least the next movie.

He was definitely one of the biggest balls dropped, but at least it's not as bad as Mandarin/Trevor was in Iron Man :lol:
 
Read some horror stories online about how severely understocked some joints were (plus the resellers taking everything up), but it looks like some of you guys did ok... congrats.

Darth Maul STOLE the previews. When we saw that guy, with the duel Lightsaber, the "early" internet days went wild. Everyone was begging for more of that guy.

The movie drops, he barely speaks, and has 2 scenes (both awesome tho) and then they kill him. :x

But Jar Jar lasts 3 ******* movies. :stoneface:


We're hoping Kylo Ren doesn't get that same bs treatment, and moreso like Vader, can span 2-3 movies.

They had that Darth Maul "reveal" in the teaser too... had to wait hours for it to load from the Quicktime website back then!  56k!

just out of curiosity

ive stayed away from this thread for a while kind of avoiding spoilers...

but how much do you guys know about the movie.

is everything out in spoilers or is there still a lot unknown about the plot and whatnot?
 
Brookstone cancelled my orders because they sold too many BB-8's...........

They charged my card, and asked if I wanted to wait until October 1st....... PSHHHHHHHHH!!! FORGET THAT!!!

I ordered 5 of them..... LOL!!

Lot of rumors, lot of connecting dots, but nothing is concrete obviously. All speculation still at this point.

I ended up buying a sphero bb8, every 6 inch black series but chewy, and the forest mission 3.75 Kylo

Dont worry when its all said and done hes gonna be one of the most hated and loved villians in the history of star wars.
 
Like a few hours before force friday at walmart they cleared out a section for the new star wars stuff and the only thing that was hanging there was a hulk hogan action figure which i thought his toys were pulled. Nevertheless excellent troll job by a walmart employee
