Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain | A Hideo Kojima Game

Never updated any other guns besides my tranq, but just did the required FOB type mission.  I need to upgrade my guns.  I'm not tryna have all that.

When upgrading, I like to stick to the guns/gear with the green text, it means the security personal can also use/wear them, like the sneaking suit/battle dress certain rifles, pistols, ballistic shields, etc.

Used the air strike advice and beat it in one shot. Got an A on the mission as any help lowers it to A at the highest.

Yeah things are getting more expensive, been trying to upgrade my FOB bases and gear for them only. Need to raise their rank so I can get the camera and gates also. Didn't even do a main mission yesterday just side ops for money.

I stopped at a Heavy Infantry mission last night, it was two tanks instead of one, usually I steal the tank and take out the guys after but the tanks are far from one another so I might have to end up taking one of them out with an air strike.

On mission 16 I threw all the smoke grenades I had by the truck and fulton'd it out and when they noticed me I hoped in the tank and kept on driving lol.

If you don't have upgraded lethal weapons by mission 28ish you're gonna be SOL pretty quick

when do you get the gun specialist? So that we can customize the guns and ammunition and burst fire?

In the second half, I don't think you need to do all the repeat missions to advance the story. You definitely don't need to do them all. If new missions aren't popping up, try visiting Mother Base/the ACC.

I'm not sure if it's been posted already, but to unlock the last mission: do all the main missions that aren't repeats, do all the yellow (important) side ops, and listen to all the yellow (important) cassette tapes (you just need to start them to get the "unlistened" marker off of them). I'm not sure if Mother Base needs to be at a certain level, but it doesn't need to be extremely high or finished.

customzed all my ****.

my AR is yellow, sub machine gun + sniper is pink. My tank + helicopter is also pink.

Quiet got the blood stain outfit on too

Finished chapter 1. S ranked mission 30/31. The boss fight was pretty standard. Overall, I'm still unsatisfied with the story. Maybe the wrap up in part 2 will help? I kept hearing there was a "twist" at the end of chapter 1 but I really didn't think there were any twists throughout the chapter. It's all pretty straightforward unless they're referring to

Volgin being the man on fire. But that honestly felt half assed TBH.

The twist is mission 46 and they do wrap up a lot of stuff w/ chapter 2.

Did you find that room on the third floor of the medical station?

At mother base?

The one with the flashback? That has something to do with the ending?
