Now that I'm thinking about it, the medicine couldn't be taken until Goku contracted the virus. And Goku contracted the virus later than Trunks explained he caught it in his time. Goku contracted the heart virus in Trunks' time a year before the androids showed up but in the present timeline Goku contracted the virus the day the androids appeared. Someone chime in on this...

You're legit getting upset because people are pointing out dumb things that have happened in regards to Goku and are then trying to force the convo back to Vegeta, who you brought up to begin with You're just like Captain America fans who instantly bring up Iron Man whenever people criticize Cap or Naruto fans who instantly bring up Sasuke whenever people criticize Naruto Y'all never make any sense.

Also toriyama is a garbage writer. For all the great stuff he's come up with he drops the ball way more often. Much like Kishimoto. Those guys need an outside influence to guide their storytelling

And all I did was point out facts. It's a fact that Goku did not beat Broly on his own. It's a fact that he needed the energy from Vegeta, Piccolo, Trunks, and Gohan. That was literally what ending the film hinged on, everyone coming together to take Broly down (Same with Second Coming) So, if you have no problem with facts then there's no issue.

It's not Goku's fault that he fulfilled the prophecy, took down a galactic tyrant, got so much clout across the galaxy that he awoke slumbering God's, challenged them, fulfilled another prophecy

A Super Saiyan appears once every thousand years… a Saiyan who overcomes the wall which no warrior, no matter how gifted, can overcome…That’s supposed to just be a stupid tradition…And even if the legend were true…only I would have the potential to become a Super Saiyan.

I find it incredibly ironic that you site the "prophecy" as support for gokus greatness while ignoring the fact that the prophecy was rendered false the second vegeta turned super Saiyan...followed by future Trunks, followed by gohan, followed by chibi trunks followed by gotten followed by cabba so on and so forth

Then the prophecy of SSG was rendered false when vegeta attained god ki through his own strength. When you think about it Goku has depended on his friends and the Planet quiet a bit.
