What year were these Nike Air Moc ACGs made?

Hello, I recently purchased these Nike Air Moc ACGs and was wondering what year they were made? Also, I thought Nike had a white tag sewn-in, this one is screen printed...?

i want to say those were made around mid 90's or so  remember seeing them in a old Eastbay
