THE DETAILS I RECEIVED WERE THAT THIS IS LOOKING LIKE AN EARLY FALL RELEASE...ALSO CAN CONFIRM THE INFO SHARED IN ANOTHER JB THREAD REGARDING JORDAN BRANDS RELEASE TECHNIQUE THAT INVOLVES A RE-RELEASE STRATEGY MOVING FORWARD. NOT 100% ON THIS BUT I WAS TOLD BY A HIGHLY TRUSTED SOURCE THAT JB PLANS TO DECREASE PRODUCTION IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN HIGH DEMAND AND ATTENTION FOR THE BRAND IN THE LONG RUN. IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT, THAT REALL SHOWS THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCTS AND CLASSICS AND HAVE PRETTY MUCH ACCEPTED THAT RETROS WILL ALWAY BE THE BIG MONEY MAKER TO KEEP THE BRAND ALIVE.

what is that suppose to mean? plenty (mostly all) limited releases and quickstrikes get more hype than gr. we see "early release" vids and a slew of suspect pics until they drop

Dude says we would've known about the Lightnings months ago since we already knew about the XIs almost a year in advance. A QS is when Nike randomly announces a shoe releasing less than 2 weeks before the release.

Seems like JB is dragging this one out or pulling out last minute..I can't see them not dropping in 2013 at some point regardless even if not march! That thunder release last year was the most random retro of the year by far! These can't be too far behind, and when they do drop I won't be either

Word, the thunders came out of no where last year. Seemed like a bs rumor until a few weeks before release.

I just sold my Cavs, getting rid of my last IV. Aside from the DB IV, I want that Cool Greys the most...Such a clean shoe. These are a maybe, same with the all red joints.I'm set already, still have a DS pair, but definitely wouldnt mind another pair..... I would like cool grey release more though.

So i guess the chances of these dropping in March are slim to none, smh I was looking forward to this release more so than any other outside of the Royal 1s.
Cav's are straight fire though.
Gonna be a tough decision for me, I'm feelin' the Thunder's, but not feeling the Lightning's as much..Although I would like the pack.

nope. he is as meticulous with his kicks as the next sneakerhead. these are only 1 of the shoes in his rotation (of like 50) at work. Hes an apple sales guy.

they're definitely more for the flat footed types. uncomfortable as hell with my high arches, but i think i've rocked my breds like 4x (no more than 6hr/time tho) and not a hint of crackin, now i'm gettin paranoid and feel like i should check lol

Tour 4s > Thunder 4s > Lightning 4s my opinion. Would love to see the tour 4 maybe real qs, or next year return.

Thunders > Lightning IMO, but I like both.
As far as the Tours go, I wouldn't be surprised. I never thought they'd retro the Thunders OR the Lightnings this soon.
