I respect your opinions and thoughts on this board, but at the same time I think the "revisionist" mindset JB has in 2013 is nothing but a marketing ploy to get people to reinvest in shoes they either have already...or succumb to the mindset that limited Nike Air Jordans is something to be excited about. How about JB bring out GR retros here on out with Nike Air as they did up until 2001. I'm tired of hearing grandfather like stories about everyone's retro pairs from the 90's and early 2000's...and this is coming from a person who has had a few Nike Air Jordan retros...

Just bring back the glory days without all of this limited, special box ******** they keep marketing down our throats. Sorry bro...*end of rant* :smh:

Pass I can smell the hype and 400-500 dollar resell people will slap on these. I do hope they affects 03 prices if so ill be happy as hell!

A couple of years ago this surfaced around about the NIKE AIR branding returning. I think it was an April fools joke or something . SN is reporting a Feb release. If so, JB did a great job keeping this under the lid.

Something I've been waiting for since I made a huge mistake in '95 and didn't purchase at the Nike Factory Store for $69... not that it's etched in my brain at all.

Where was I implying anything related to seniority? I'm saying it's nothing too crazy for me now - especially with all these hypebeasts praising anything because of how much attention it gets.

If anything, they should have slapped the NA on the CDP collezione in 2008 - especially when they charged $310 for a lousy pack.

couldn't agree more. When these retro'd last year, they absolutely sucked compared to the '03 version. Stiff greasy looking pleather and the paint cracking on the midsoles made them horrible to own. So we finally get back Nike air but have to make it difficult to buy them? :smh: Tell you what jb, if you give me the molding of the og/94 version, dyed midsoles, and vintage box I'll pay you $250. If the same molding as the current iii's with crappy paint job, no thanks. I'll just bust out the dremmel and make my own damn "Nike Air"!
 
Everyone knew this was gonna happen eventually, but I just didn't expect it to happen this soon 
 
I for one am excited solely for the fact that as everyone starts to liquidate their collection to cop the new 2013 nike air 3s there will hopefully be some steals and deals to be had from all the broke people trying to raise funds hahaha and hey if u get lucky and grab one online then it's just a bonus

Enjoy the e-camping, and paying a $90 premium, for a pair of shoes you already have. When the only differentiating feature from the 2011 pair is a logo that about 50%(probably less) dudes wearing Jordans will know the importance of. Oh and that's when you're wearing shorts because jeans will cover the logo, and that's if the person happens to catch a glance at the back of your shoes.

I'm sorry but $90 and the opportunity cost of e-camping is way too expensive for me to get even remotely excited about buy a shoe I technically already own.

If they were announcing that Nike Air was going to be back on all 3s, 4s, etc. then I would be right along with everyone else celebrating. Not for this **** though

Glad i passed on the 2011s. I think the nike air being only on OGs is one thing maybe they shouldnt bring back. it makes the nike air kinda special. I dont own any but still. I guess it was only a matter of time tho

Right when I told a two fellas JB don't care, and wont throw Nike Air on other retros 3-6 anytime soom they prove me wrong. Happy I passed on the '11 retro.

But seriously Internet only? My kryptonite :smh:
