With how bad many aspects have been on the team, if Parkey is healthy things are different (Atlanta game and today)

There is a lot that is salvageable, in my opinion.. But we need a starting QB, which is obviously difficult to get.. Then guards and backup oline.. Then depth elsewhere

Then it's mental errors
 
I'm not either, but I hate that there were such high expectations for the squad coming in only for us to be 1-3 after a quarter of the season

Another mediocre season does nothing, I don't want to be fed that 8-8 crap or winning a division only to lose in the first round or not end up with a SB. I agree that we need a franchise QB, or even just a shot to obtain one, which would only be possible by having a top 3-5 pick in the draft.
 
I want to throw in the towel but I cant just yet. Though we did start 1-3 few years ago and made the playoffs. If Dallas loses tonight we are only one game behind everyone in the lost column. Being 0-2 in the division is not the position we want to be in.

Still cannot put a full game together, tape of two halves. Can't even blame the defense on the last drive, they are just on the field way too much. Third downs have been killing us offensively and defensively.
 
I'm more long term.. At this point we know what Bradford isn't.. We also know what Sanchez isnt

Let Rowe and hicks get experience.. When Taylor hart comes back, le him get more snaps to see what we have there (since Thornton is a free agent in the summer I think)

Actually throw it to Nelson.. Put Matthews in front of a jug machine

Guys are going down at skill spots around the league, explore moving older guys

doesn't even matter when we can't beat the other teams ahead of us. it's clear Chip's style cannot win in this league, time of possession has said it all. No defense in this league could have the energy to hold an opponent down for 40 plus minutes a game, can't even blame them anymore :smh:
 
Is Jared Goff really good ? If so ..there is no reason to win meaningless games ..when Bree's torches us next week it's time to throw in the towel

Worst place we can be is 8-8 and wind up in the 12-15 range in the draft

To be fair, we have to look at the quality of the team's that he has had..

Having a QB is the biggest problem solver in the league and we really haven't had that.. Look at belichick with the Browns and then with the pats

I don't want to put the blame on 1 position, because we all know it has been more than just one positions fault.. But we lose to Atlanta by 2, Parkey with his groin misses a make-able field goal.. Yesterday replacement dude misses a field goal and an extra point, we lost by 3

Do things need to be changed, yes.. But are things as bad as they seem, no
 
I can't say the season is over because the division is so mediocre but man, all these self inflicted wounds make it hard to think positive
 
We still have a shot a crappy division since we still play the Giants twice and the other teams once.. Plus the 1st place team being 2-2


But how far can we really go with Bradford, plus if he puts up a decent run then we have to decide if we're going to pay and then we're in that middle ground area again where we won't have a shot at a QB

Im without words. Everything is in terrible on offense. defense is doing a great job considering. I have to look for another team to enjoy until next yr. Hate it had to be done this early.

Day after. Misery Monday. The fact that were 1-3 still sucks. But the fact that we're 1 game out of first place is absolutely hilarious. Just shows how trash the NFC East is. We're like the NFC South of last season. HONESTLY there isn't much we can do to salvage this season. The depth on the OLine is totally fine. We're down to using backups of backups to start on the OLine.
