No joke, after reading KC, I haven't looked at people who work in the restaurant industry the same. MUCH respect to those who grind it out in the food business. If you aren't cut out for it, you'll absolutely sink in the water.
yup it's true, lots of fiends and everything else but it is what you make of it. i like and you meet alot of good people, the netoworking is crazy. you need a job, just call your buddy at another place and you're in there. actually thinking about dropping by my old chefs new restaurant for a day job tomorrow.
