$600 shoe or package in the works for JB........

I have heard from a few people with legit info and my JB source confirmed, last night that JB does have a $600 shoe or package in the works, as of this time no one knows the details of the release or even if its going to be a single shoe or a package..... But orders of a few thousand blank JB box tags have arrived in boxes that have a suggested retail of $600 on the tag...

I had an idea the other day. What if JB was to release each of the OG Jordan's (1-13) let's say. But instead of giving us the retro quality, with jumpman logo, and other pieces missing such as no 3M.. they gave us an EXACT REPLICA of the original. Same quality leather, same quality everything and making it look exactly how it did when it was originally released.

If they raised the price for this "collectors series" to like $250-300 a shoe, would you guys cop?
 
$600!!!??? Nike is being a reseller themselves :smh:
For that price, hope it's a pack of at least 3 pair of shoes. Wishful thinking, black/red 1s, black/cement 3s and metallic 5s, all with NA treatment, then I would consider........:tongue:

I agree, I would too. It would be something special and a true replica. It would also eliminate the need to have to keep doubling up every couple years when these drop because of the quality. For example I read a post about a guy that's only worn his Fire Red V's 4 times and he's already ready to retire them for the 2013 version because of the condition. How many pairs of Fire Red V's would you have to buy to make them last as long as one good quality pair..
 
I was chilling at home looking at my kicks, after my souce gave me the info, and an idea came to mind..... We didnt get the Columbias and my JB source says we wont get them this year... I could see JB dropping a pack with CGs, Breds, Concords, Spacejams, and Columbias..... Would you pay $600 plus tax for that?

Hell yeah I would and xis aren't even my favorites. Jb would not sell them all together for that price. They are already selling them for almost $200 a piece now. Would be nice though. I am more of a IV,V, and VI guy any way

They very well could, JB has been juicing us for retros at crazy prices for years, most of the shoes dont even cost $50 to make, so he would still profit off of a 5 pair online only package of 11's, in limited numbers of course... You have to think what other jordans would we buy for $600...

Um, yes. That's 5 XIs for $120 each.
 
I was talking to a guy and he had in interesting idea.....the "I'm Back" Pack.....Jordan X with 45 on the side and Jordan XI with 45 on the back - Not saying that would be worth $600 but thought it was brilliant idea.
 
Glad I have my priorities straight enough to know that buying packs are just gimmicks. Especially when they release the shoe you want in the pack a few years later separately.
 
Woo JB is killin it right now, but yes if they releases the 10s and the 11s with the 45 on them it's deff a cop! Or maybe he might just drop a quadrouple pack with a limited edition 2 a limited edition 3 then limited edition 4 and limited edition 5s get it? 23-45 this wuld be dope!
 
Fire Red Pack for Black Friday, III - V. Don't see it being $200 a pair though. Likely $500 retail for the 3 pairs plus tax. So $540-$550 for the package. No single $600 shoe or 2 pair pack is dropping for $600. That's lunacy.

This makes sense... No "FIRE RED", N/A, or good quality and to me that pack is a flop.... But watch all the beasts eat it up..... :smh:
 
I'm done buying packs. and one shoe for 600 would be a very easy pass no matter what shoe it is.
