No Blame Keef for all of this...... All these videos look exactly the same as a keef video, same lyrics, same flows, way less quality beats
post #6 of 48

the chief keef effect..mean.gif

i bet money he got his rap name from the keef song.

the video even looks similar to that one chief keef video.

I love when people say this since every generation says the same thing about the one after them.
Plus the fact that it would take a major international event for a generation to be in shambles.

lil dude had a tweet that said me work on song cumin soon roll.gifroll.gif somebody in the chi give lil buddy a book please
post #18 of 48

mannn maybe someone from the Chi can chime in on this.  Is Keef a representation of the youth out there or is the youth a representation of Keef?  Do people view him out there as another rapper or is he really looked up to?

Literally every vid or song that comes out from the Chi now, sounds and looks exactly like a Chief Keef song.  These dudes not gonna blow with the same EXACT formula as him.  In regards to the 9 year old, his parents are probably young also and just looking for a check.  Bad cycle going on out there.

Lil dudes need guidance. Sad when grown men cosigning this nonsense.

I mean these little mogs are gonna say/do this **** anyway. The next step is will we support it? Will we allow our peers to support it? If we stop this the videos will stop.

After that then we can attack the root.

I ain't from Chicago but I'm hip to what's going on out there. I work with a few artists from there. The "drill sound" did not start with Chief Keef. He just was the first that got famous from it. He's looked up to in the sense that "if he can do it, I can do it". But like I said in general...there are thousands of Chief Keef's out there that don't rap.

It's actually a boy. He's French Montana's artist. He raps about money, clothes and broads...not on that killer stuff.

Brah, if you can't see that younger kids are getting more and more ignorant as times goes on, your braids might be too tight.

Growing up, my generation had Another Bad Creation singing about "Iesha" and Chi Ali tombout "Age Ain't Nothin' But a Number".  Now kids have **** like this.

Stop taking offense because you're an artist yourself and recognize the truth.  Is your generation all like this?  No, of course not.  But **** like this was UNTHINKABLE when I was a kid--no way this would fly back then.  That says something.  And it says something negative about where society and this generation is at.

all you just did was say that the upcoming generation is doing some stuff that is worse than the last. you're right...but that's clear. it has always been like that...every generation naturally pushes things to a new level of despicable.

dude said the generation is in shambles though. i'm sorry maybe he was being hyperbolic...but a generation in shambles would be a major crisis. that's all.

I can't get with this. I hope/don't hope those are his brothers. If they are, why are you encouraging this? If they aren't, why are you hanging around him?
