I need an input here about maybe buying a pair of shoes

First off I want to say im sorry if this is not the place but I need help. I wanted to buy a pair of kobe off an auction site. There are two people selling the same shoe but the thing is the 2nd person selling the shoe has the same photo as the first person selling the shoe. My question is this would any of you be worried about buying the shoes from the 2nd guy?

Are they tagged? It not, then how do you know who's picture it originally was?

Go with the tagged pics that match the user. If there are no tagged pics, go with the guy with the better feedback. You're protected under paypal's buyer protection anyway.

If I was selling them, it would be no problem in taking another picture or two. That is if I actually had the kicks.
