Absolutely nothing, Sony had promised x amount of consoles for Launch Day so Amazon sold those first, then took preorders for extras that Sony said it SHOULD be able to deliver in time for release day. If they couldn't meet the demand they were upfront that there was a chance you wouldn't be getting a console on the first shipment.

As for Madden, I remember that the first one on the ps2 looked like crap too, they shipped it on the blue CD-Rom and I remember it causing some weird problems where the tray wouldn't alight properly and the disc ended up getting a ring almost etched in.

my card was expired my fault i updated and they tried to push my date to the 19th, told them why would it matter she said she upgraded me to free one day shipping so im getting it on the 15th (amazon) still not charged or shipped tho

You can't play PS3 games on it but I'm pretty sure you can play any game off the PSN on PS4
