Go to your friends list. Click a person's name then scroll to where it says recent activities. If they're live streaming you'll see it there.

Make sure you have a twitch account, and before you start playing, or even while playing just press the share button, and it will give you the option to stream on twitch..

There's NDA on that sort of talk. I can only say that Sony has not released their specific base clock speed. Developers have been given the green light to tweak the speed within a specified safe range. However, both consoles use Turbo Core and Microsoft's console does sit at 1.75Ghz out of the box.

DROPPED MY PS4 AT SONY STORE YESTERDAY GOT A NEW ONE TODAY. NO REFURB SAW DUDE CRACK THE BOX OPEN EVEN GAVE ME THE PSN CARD IN THE BOX FINALLY GREATNESS AWAITS.
