I had issues release night and yesterday only. We know its because of new gamers, maybe its your area but these does not happen every week where I'm located.

I went down when PS4 released it Europe. it went down for Asia release. It'll be back down on Japan release. And we pay for this service now.

Try branching out from the COD MP for a day.
Although I agree having a paid service not work correctly is irritating, that's the price of being an early adopter. Why not try doing some offline play?
Or go get mad and start a petition to have Sony's CEO fired. I dont care.

This. Only the expected launch problems. And honestly, if Sony is giving us games like Uncharted 3, BF3, Infamous 2, Bioshock Infinite and Driveclub for free, I can take the service being unstable 1 day out of the month.

second time this week i havent been able to play when i want to...smh..
im VERY pleased with my ps4 so far, but i rarely get time to play it..
so when i get off, nd my son is at his moms house, this is my playstation time...
just discouraging man..

Im seeing reports that some people can play online; its just their friends list and a few features arent working. So double check, some of us may not be effected.

PSN is fine for me. Got BF4 from Gamestop for 49.99 new. The dude gave me the China Rising edition that comes with the code. Pretty stoked

I dont know if its only because I can't connect to PSN or what... but Battlefield is showing I have no saved campaign AGAIN... I am not starting that game over again. I was actually starting to get into the campaign too.

I was having issues with the game crashing during the single player campaign. I just erased the saved data and started over. I only encountered two errors but was able to finish the campaign. Whenever you have time, start the campaign from a fresh save, It's worth playing for the campaign.
