same.... what new series/game has done relatively well out of the gate in the past iuno few yrs. This game could be awesome all-time great and it still wouldn't sell great out of the gate. If it isn't a gta, ff, cod, street fighter etc... established fan based series of game its not doing numbers initially.I highly doubt they will unless the reviews come out and they're great, which I also highly doubt
Public opinion about the game is very bad atm
best case scenario I see it (depending on how good the game is) it having a slow rise to the top.

I guarantee that most people who pre-ordered it haven't followed the news of the graphics taking a hit on the next gen systems. Not everyone follows gaming news. Some people are going to be in for a shock. They aren't fooling me.
Also, pre-orders are just that. The copies sold is the metric to pay attention to.

I think people are too cynical in regards to Watch Dogs. Sure the hype has built up to an unmatchable level, but I doubt ubisoft is gonna drop anything less than an 8/10.

I agree with this. I think the whole it got delayed argument is stupid
But the fact that they have been flip lopping in the 1080p thing is what scares me. I'm thinking the game might have a little trouble at launch. But I do expect it to be a good game.

The hype around this game will put it over 6 million sales. It's coming out on 5 console and another one (Wii U) later this year. The Last of Us which was a new IP sold 6 million on just one console. I understand that TLOU got damn near perfect reviews from every critic but I think Watch Dogs is way more hyped than TLOU was.

I think sony should drop to 379.99 to keep pressure on microsoft and maintain its lead.

I saw a trailer for it showing preordering the game and the cars look bad. I don't usually harp on graphics but the graphics seemed so scaled down which is a disappointment because it really looked nice when it was first announced

Hey guys I have a problem with my ps4. When I turn it on the blue light flashes on and then my ps4 just shuts off. I unplugged it and checked to make sure everything was fine with it but it keeps doing this. I was just on it this week and it was fine idk what to do. I think I'm gonna have to call so y but are there any suggestions you guys have before I call? I wanna try everything else before having to call them

This was my problem too... but once you open up fast travelling, you only really need to sail to new places or to get materails (which arent really important for the main mission).
I think I'm cool with scooping the series when it goes on sale.

Yea I said that if Unity interests me then Ill cop on sale because AC doesnt take lon to drop. I think the only reason AC iV on PS4 is still $60 is due to the lack of games. By next year I would hope they receive regular price drops with their last gen counterparts.

They've been removing physical manuals out of games for a little while now. A few of the PS3 games I've got over the past couple years have had digital manuals. None of the PS4 games I have came with physical manuals. Only DLC codes, PS+ vouchers, etc.
