The Gaslamp Quarter is a section of downtown SD. Lots of bars/restaraunts, night clubs. It's normally poppin on Saturday nights but even more so during events like comic con, Halloween,Mardi Gras, etc
I think that's part of the reason I'm not impressed. The only RE I really played was 5 and that game was gorgeous at the time. Hell, it still looks good now. But who knows, the PS4 screens could change my mind on the remake. I'll just reserve judgement until I see them.
Bro, I just noticed my left thumbstick is DESTROYED! Like, it feels like I've been playing in the twilight zone to not have noticed how bad it is . It took my wife to start playing to point it out to me. When she showed me I thought she did it, but she said it's been like that. It's crazy that I never noticed it but when I look at it I'm like, how could I not notice?

How do I replace the thumbsticks? Is that a better option than trying to get the controller replaced through Sony or Amazon?

I got the sticks off of eBay and just pulled up a youtube vid...make sure you have a 00 phillips screwdriver too

What did you think of Arkham Knight?

I had to choose btwn that and FC3 for $20 a few weeks back and I chose FC3

I have both AC and AA and loved both but felt AK would be more of the same and wanted to play something different

far cry 3 was amazing. definitely one of my favorites that year.

Bruh, but the crazy thing is you don't have to be home to use remote play. You can be at work/hotel/friend's house as long as there's wifi it's a PS4 on the go.

dont tell me this, ill be doing even less at work now

how does this work exactly? never used it outside my home. does the system have to be on? does the game i want to play HAVE to be the game thats in the system?
 

Honestly, I haven't tried it myself yet. But people in here confirmed that it pretty much works flawlessly. As long as your PS4 is on or on standby mode then you should be able to remote play. And just like the PS4, you can play whatever disc is in or installed on the PS4.

I've played this way and it works easy. You hit the remote play app and it finds your ps4 and then boom you're logging into your 4. Takes some adjusting but it works great. I've started to only buy digital games for this reason now.

Speaking of remote play, the other night i was playing TLoU (on the vita), but i wanted to enjoy it on a larger screen, so i quit the game and started FEZ.  My memory stick for my vita is full, so i haven't downloaded it yet on my Vita, but i can remote play it from the PS4 and save it in the cross-save slot.  

As long as the connection is good, gameplay is awesome.

no cash transactions. You pay $2+ to ship a game. When you want to buy a game you don't have to pay shipping. The coins are to purchase games. You're basically trading games you don't want for games you want.

when you first give Ellie the rifle and you gotta go down and clear the area. I think there's like 6 or 7 guys then when you take all them out at least 5 more spawn. Loooong way to go without a checkpoint. I couldn't figure out where the second wave of guys were coming from.

I bought RE 1 for the Gamecube couple of months ago.

That version is one of the best games ever made. Pick up Resident Evil 0 as well.

IMO yes. It adds things to the story and switching between her and batman is pretty cool. Plus it adds replayability since there are some collectibles and areas that only cat woman can access
