@ things being easy for Goku

But I agree some people like to give Vegeta crap about always being 2nd best but he is one of the best written characters in the series imo.
I never said things were easy for him but compared to others things did come easy to him at times. Especially in Dragonball.

So my Saturday went like this:

I had a black DS4 un opened which I bought from Gamestop i n November of last year. Tried returning it to Walmart for store credit but they got stricter on returns with no recite and wouldn't do the return and give me store credit.

Didn't try Gamestop or Best Buy because I know they won't do returns without a recite. So last shot was Target and they let me return it there for store credit. Target return policy is they only will let people return stuff worth up to $75 on items for a entire year.

Went to the video game section and didn't see any of the Wave Blue DS4 controllers on display for sale. I asked a Target worker if they were selling them, employee said he didn't know if the got their stock in yet and if they were street dated and if he could sell them. I tell Target employee Gamestop is already selling them.Target employee check in the back and finds out they had 6 of the wave blue DS4, dude brings it to the checkout counter scans it and was able to sell it to me.

The wave blue DS4's are beautiful and look so much better in person.

Also went to Best Buy and traded in Watchdogs which had a $27 trade in value plus another $2 since I have the paid gamers club unlocked membership.

Also decided to pre order Madden 15. Haven't bought a Madden game in 5+ years.

Why are you so obsessed with trying to shed positive light on Xbone? This is a Playstation thread; You add absolutely nothing positive in this thread. Go shill in the "gaming thread".

Also I'm surprised about Diablo III being sold out literally at every store (Best Buy, Target, Gamestop, Walmart) none of them had it in stock today.

I was looking to try it out.

:wow:

idk if diablo would be my type of game. still trying to figure out if i should buy it or not
It's a very good game IMO. Action RPG with a strong focus on combat and gear. The campaign is split into 5 acts with each one being better than the next. Once you beat the game, your main focus would be getting the best gear in the game; It's extremely addictive. Diablo is the type of game where the more you play, the more fun it becomes. The best gear in the game has special properties so you'll end up making completely unique builds for your character depending on the gear you acquire.

Got D3 and I've been playing it since it was released. Playing it with a controller is so much better than with a keyboard and like offwhitewhite said, this game os extremely addictive. The more stuff you get, the more you'll want. plus online/local coop is nice.

watching teh gametrailers review of Diablo 3, its def something id never get into

I can respect that. It's definitely a polarizing game.

Random, but I found a comparison that might resonate with strictly console gamers; it's like Gauntlet Legends but on crack.

Even more random. I'm about halfway through Wolfenstein and man...this game is a love letter to old school FPS games. This campaign is sick. It's never predictable; they constantly throw new scenarios at you and the way you're given freedom to explore levels is greatly appreciated.

Destiny Goes Gold, Prepare to Defend the Galaxy
The_last_city-Destiny.png

Bungie’s latest creation, Destiny, has now officially gone gold. For those not familiar with the term, gold means that the game is now finished and ready to move on to the next steps, which are production and distribution. This means that there’s only a few days left for the factories to produce psychical discs and then forward them to the stores.

Destiny will be releasing on both now-gen (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) and last-gen consoles (PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360) on September 9, 2014. If you like the game, you should also consider buying either the white PS4 Bundle or the slightly cheaper black bundle – both of course, include Destiny.

In the meantime you can check out the awesome launch trailer released a few days ago. Will you be picking-up the most awaited game of this year?

Final Fantasy XV Lead Programmer Leaves Square Enix
finalfantasy14screenshotmarch25th4.jpg

It’s a sad day for Final Fantasy XV fans, as Lead Programmer Kentaro Yasu is reported to have left developer Square Enix. His name was spotted in a trailer for another project entitled Chaos Centurions, which indicates the fact that he’s now working with newly formed developer Oriflamme.

However, there’s nothing set in stone as neither Square Enix or Kentaro Yasu have made any official announcement. But, this rumor allegedly was confirmed to Nova Crystallis by a private source “close to Square Enix”. It’s possible for his departure to have a great impact on FFXV‘s development.

Will this be the end of FFXV, or just a minor setback?

The Last of Us picks up two new, free maps

View media item 1148200
Naughty Dog is handing out two new maps for the Factions multiplayer mode in The Last of Us on both PS3 and PS4, the developer announced today. The maps will be distributed for free "in appreciation for all of your continued patience" in regards to issues plaguing the game's online matchmaking.

"We know this can be frustrating and the team here at Naughty Dog wants everyone in our community to know that working on this issue continues to be our number one priority," a post from Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer reads on the developer's blog. A release date for the free maps has not been revealed.

Although improvements have been made to the matchmaking process in The Last of Us, Naughty Dog says there is still work to be done. Utilizing teams "inside and outside of the studio," the developer anticipates new updates to alleviate further issues will be rolling out "on the short side of weeks, rather than months." A specific date has not been solidified, the blog post notes.

"In the meantime, if you find yourself waiting to get into a match, the best thing you can do is exit matchmaking and select 'Find Match' again," Naughty Dog suggests.
