So I'm just gonna B2G1 at targe . Return at Walmart for $180+ tax and just spend that on PS store cards and buy my games digitally, since the some of the games I want aren't out yet.

Do you accept returns without a receipt?
Walmart, for several years, has accepted returns without a receipt, even though many of our competitors require receipts for all returns. Walmart gives customers the option of a cash refund (if the purchase was under $25), a shopping card for the amount of the purchase (if it was over $25) or an even exchange for the product. Also, as applicable, we follow any manufacturer’s warranties.
Do you track returns, or do you place a limit on the number of returns?
In the event that a customer has returned more than three items without receipts within a 45-day period, the cash register system will automatically flag the transaction, and a customer service manager or member of management must approve the return. These cash register messages will remain for six months and will disappear if there are no more returns during that time period.

I had a difficult time returning a video game to walmart without a reciept. This was a 2 seperate walmarts but I guess it depends on the personel at the time, and if you press the issue.

Best Buy right now will give you $100 gift card and $50 coupon to use towards buying a PS4 when you trade in your PS3 as long it's a slim or super slim model.
Black Friday ads for the big retailers like Best Buy should be out by the end of this week and the PS4 bundles should be revealed by then for black friday.

I'm gonna buy some ps4 games from Target Sleeping Dogs Def edition, Madden and Destiny and return the last two games at Walmart to get Dragon Age and Gta 5

It's still coming, they just need to fix the netcode first.
They will add it to whatever PS+ games are out that month when it's ready.
You should wait. It's going to be a fierce battle this year.
It's already kicked off in the UK since we don't have black friday and Sony responded to MS' price cuts and the same will probably happen on black friday.
The XBone is now $349 for the holidays and they have some other cheap bundles. Sony is most likely going to respond with some of their own. Most likely a GTA bundle for black friday.
This is one of the deals going on right now in the UK all for £399.
A retail PS4 is £350 for perspective.

You need to make sure you manually choose to go download the 2.01 update, It isn't a mandatory update so it doesn't download automatically.
Should be in notifications.
