I also finally got around to playing this as well. it is amazing so far, I started out on the hardest level that you can pick and I had to cut it down a levelrecently started playing that myself.
game isglad I picked it up.
highly recommend starting on hard with Listen Mode off. it opens up the game so much more, I'm enjoying it so far

It's basically PS4's ryse. Tons of QTE and story that could've been better although I like the gameplay in the Order and the game as a whole more

agreed. it was a game experience honestly, refreshing, non-repetitive gameplay, and compelling. Its solid reminds me of Heavenly Sword where it was short and sudden, but one of my favorite ps3 games.

The Order is terrible. I'm on chapter IV and have zero urge to continue. Game is going back tomorrow.

I really think the action nature of the game is going to draw a lot of people to it.
It's always one of the direction I wanted to see FF go in. The warping is just icing on the cake.

My The Order thoughts.
+The visuals are the best I've ever seen. Every inch of the game is flat out gorgeous. I want every game to look this good.
+I think the gunplay is good. There are some really cool weapons.
+The world they built is excellent. Good cast of characters.
- QTE's and cut scenes for things that could easily just be part of the gameplay.
-The Lycans really took a back seat in this game. That was weird. The 2 encounter types are very lame. The game didn't match up to what was hinted at in the reveal trailer
- The lack of content is a killer. Even an extremely basic MP could've helped, because the gunplay is tight and there are cool weapons.
I think there is great potential for RaD if they learn from the mistakes they made in this game. I would be up for a sequel if they resolve those issues.

I finished the Order last night. Good game, great graphics and sound, but not enough content. I hope RAD makes a sequel because there are so many ties that have been left loose. I also hope that they add more content. I think The Order 1886 was a test run for their game engine.

I still want to play it, but I'll just wait until the price goes down. Even the good reviews say there's just not enough content.
