The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Kinda Funny has a few things I like, but at the end of the day a few thing hold me back.

- Paying $5+ a month or having week old podcasts that talk about old news.

- I like Colin, Greg, and Nick fine, Tim is okay I guess. However they have started having Alfredo Diaz on regularly and thats when I stopped watching alot of it. I watched a few streams of his when he was into Destiny and he would just berate his team, all of whom were pretty much carrying him through the raids. He came off as a pretty arrogant guy and I just cant seem to shake that feeling when I listen to him on KF.

- I like podcasts because I can listen to them while I work. They are really video focused now so it's become an issue switching over to see what they are talking about.

- They are really pop-culture focused, while their video game side is now all platforms. Frankly, there are other podcasts that do a better job. IGN's Nintendo podcasts is one of the best out. I don't own a Wii or Wii U but listen every week because of how well it is put together. Same with their movie podcast.

Again, maybe I am resistant to change, but I may just move on from both KF and PB completely, grow up, become a man, and start a family.

dylan mcdermott has gotta play either nathan from uncharted or joel from the last of us in their movie. he always plays a character exactly like them, not to mention the resemblance.

Bradley Cooper as Nathan Drake would be dope, IMO.

Also, Josh Brolin as Joel from TLOU.

Not that I have high hopes for any video game movie, but casting Dylan McDermott as the leading man is a surefire way to render your movie a bomb.

I think I'm about ready to give up on Driveclub. I can't even come remotely close to winning any of the Hyper car races. They're just too hard to handle, ridiculously frustrating :smh:

Some Hyper cars are hard to control, Gumpert, Hennessey Venom, Koenigsegg especially. The best thing to do is get a feel for the car. So go slowly then turn it up bit by bit till you find it's limit with grip and handling. You'll find out that a lot of corners or parts of the track the quickest way is by lifting or going through half throttle. The Hyper cars have so much power and torque that taking it easy with them is sometimes quicker. For example when coming out of a corner, especially with the Hennessey venom, just pick up the throttle gently instead of flooring it otherwise you get too much wheel-spin and spin out.

All this would come eventually like empire said.

Sony picking the right games to market with. All they need now is a special edition PS4 like batman and it would sell gangbusters.

Bloodborne effect.
