Ehh, it's basically an expansion pack to Far Cry 3.

I will probably say that they did it on purpose. Which is basically what I said back then. It will come out for free when the game is irrelevant. This is just not what we were promised.

correct me if I am wrong, but that has never been a PS3/PS4 game thing. Has always been more Xbox. Gears of War and Halo.

I played Halo 3 on legendary online with a friend and it was one of the best experiences of my life

look into getting a wii u, several of their games have couch coop.

Not true man, ps had plenty of couch co op. I Can't believe even the car racing sim games don't have 2 player. Like why?

This is my thoery yes. They realized that people were not going to quickly buy the game (if at all) and pulled the foolery.

Actually I am not saying that they weren't broken. But the fact that they were choppy reinforced their insecurities in regards to the free version taking away from the sales of the retail version. So I would say that it was 'exaggerated'

But this is pure speculation on my part . But either way it is FEB 13th and it is still nowhere to be found.

If the servers didn't hold up for the however many hundreds of thousands that bought it initially, what do you think would happen once millions of users have access?

It's not as simple as just hosting online races. There is a lot of data being collected throughout the race.

It is more about their reasoning behind it. They said that they miscalculated demand and that is hogwash.

They know those statistics way better than we do and have known them for a long time. All of these things are forcasted. They would not blindly drop a game without understanding the capacity needed.


I do want to play the game though

I understand that I sound pretty dumb.

I just don't believe it. At first what I was saying sounded super dramatic but it is now February and still no DC or sign of it. That doesn't make my theory true but if you can't get it right by now I dunno.

Unless they have made another choice entirely. Maybe they are planning to give the entire game to PS Plus members in a couple of months.
