I really hope Sony does a troll keynote at Gamescon by announcing random restrictions, headsets not compatible, not included, required PS eye, then not required, but only as a joke, 5 minutes max, then start the real keynote.  I feel liike M$ at that keynote is just going to backtrack the entire show, nothing from their reveal or E3 is the same.

Mod-verified means that this particular gaffer is indeed in the position to receive such knowledge, as has been checked by Bishoptl himself.
This means it's still a rumor, but it does have a verified source. Nothing more.

Another day and another release date rumour for the PlayStation 4.

This time the date of October 21st comes from a post on NeoGAF, where user Nealand Liquor has posted that the store he works for, which remains unnamed, has received a release schedule pinning that date as release day for Sony’s next gen machine.

This rumour appears to have some weight as that user is mod-verified on GAF, which means that the mods have checked Nealand Liquor out and have seen enough proof that what he posts is information that could indeed be legitimate.

This would mean the PS4 would release before the One, taking advantage of the small time frame to appeal to the mainstream audience. We’re more than likely to get a solid release date for both next gen consoles next week at Gamescom, where both Sony and Microsoft are hosting conferences.

Ryse didn't look all that great when I played it at the San Diego comic con this year.

Titanfall is a rip off considering it's only a multi player game and will have no single player mode. Xbone fan boys here on NT will defend it and justify spending $60 for it :lol:

Left For Dead 3 is another rehashed sequel.

Would it be dumb to trade in my X360 for 140ish add like another 30 on top of that with the games and turn around and buy a ps3 brand new with uncharted 3 and ps plus for 1 year for 269?

Nope. Sony is still supporting the PS3 so even with the 4 there will still be good new games you can play. Don't even need to buy Uncharted 3, it's free with PS Plus :smokin

yeah but you can only get the free games with the month you have ps plus from what I heard..oh btw I'm getting a launch day ps4 if that helps any

Anything you download for free from Plus is playable as long as your subscription is active. And you can queue anything than cancel the download and it will be able to be downloaded forever, even when Sony adds new games for plus.
