GTAV is bout to be a serious serious game! 
It needs to be downloadable to PS4, Sony will make MAJOR MULLA if this happens.

Pick it up though! Such a great JRPG. HIGHLY recommend it if you're a fan of the genre.

I think it's all but confirmed to be a game and not a media streaming service, which the PS3 and PS4 already have plenty of.
I've read some speculation online like it being Guerilla Games 2nd PS4 project, which is rumoured to be a sci-fi RPG or a Jak and Ratchet crossover game. The only non-game announcement that would be big news would be full backwards compatibility. Especially after hearing that neither next generation system will have BC and GTA V just put out a gameplay trailer.

Gaikai is supposed to do so much more than BC. I don't think full BC is the announcement, but that's just the only non-game announcement that would actually be good.
Gaikai's remote play and game streaming is much more interesting to me than BC. All the stuff Sony detailed at the reveal in February like being able to watch your friends game and even have them virtually pass the controller to you, letting you play their game on their console from your own console at home with your controller sounds really dope to me. Like if your friend in another country is stuck on a part and lets you play his game to get through it type of deal.

EDIT: Just realised that the pic is from a PS3
Now I'm hoping it's fake but it's definitely something from Insomniac so it could still be a next gen Ratchet.

I'm thinking that if the subtitle is Into the Nexus then this all just about the next generation Ratchet and Clank title. Worlds are probably literally colliding in the game, as opposed to everyone thinking that multiple game franchises will be crossing over.

Jak missed this generation entirely. If you think about it, Jak is a hero, and if he were to join Ratchet in a collision of worlds, he would be returning.
If it's a Jak and Ratchet game, Sony can just have my money right now.

^^ yea, I get that and all. But it just seems like a logistical nightmare. Do both studios work on it? Does Naughty Dog sell the rights to use their IP to Insomniac?
And what would be the benefit. Ratchet and Clank is already popular on its own. And, last time I checked they were making a movie for it.
It would be nice for Jak, but I don't see the benefit for Insomniac to conflate their series with another.

It doesn't have to be Naughty Dog even though they created Jak and Daxter since Sony owns the IP.
Sucker Punch made Sly Cooper but Sanzaru made the latest one Sly Thieves in Time while Sucker Punch were working on inFAMOUS Second Son.
