I wouldn't be surprised as it is one of the main accessories but it's odd hearing it from people that it's not there yet and seeing it on Amazon UK but not Amazon US.

Sony address's the hardware issue they're experiencing with some sort of "Blue Light of Death".

I don't really follow like that but is this like the widespread problem that plagued the PS2 with the "disc read error" or is it like the PS3 and Xbox360 RRoD?

Yeah, til the 23rd.

They'll give you 100 for the console, 38 for GTA not too sure about 2k, though.. you'll probably end up with something like 170 something

Sony said 0.4% so no, but still 0.4% of 1 million is 4000 units so expect those people to complain.
I would too and I'm praying mine isn't DOA

I've had goodluck with all my launch consoles.. knock on wood

My PS4 so far thankfully has had no issues.. the 1.5 firmware was an easy download/install. Every game downloaded and installed no problem either I think.

I got a problem. I have only one hdmi plugin on my tv and it was used for my comcast cable box. Now I'm using it for ps4. Kind of annoying to have to switch plugs when I want to use the other.

For my xbox360 I had the video in plugs. The color ones. But both don't apply. Any suggestions?

you may have to invest in a HDMI switch especially if you plan on getting a XB1.

Anybody wondering, Killzone starts off a little slow but starts to pick up after the first few chapters,. Played a few MP matches, wasn't too impressed, just moved too slow for me. Decent game nonetheless.

For some of you looking for info on the BestBuy Deal I posted I went to BestBuy and traded in my PS3 since I got my PS4 in yesterday. Simple process which I'm sure will be different every where, this store never plugged it in to test but asked a couple questions, made me sign some papers and handed me the $100 gift card. Used it to buy 2K14 and saved the rest for later. Pretty good Deal considering eBay and Craiglist is fetching the same amount.
