and it should offer much more reputability since characters can die and you can have different outcomes.

They game could of been the Gears for PS if it had coop and multi I think. If they do a part 2 it will be better. This gen is all about remasters and sequels cuz most exclusives have been disappointments so far.

I love PS but Gears can only be played on Xbox. I feel like TLOU has some Gears similarities but Gears is just too

yeah i had a feeling this would get mixed reception like a 6/7. but i wouldn't expect much else if the game is only offering a story mode and nothing else interesting to tack on to it. it feels as if it is a one and done thing unless the story was amazing to make me wanna go back to it but its not 

Don't forget, Wolfenstein only had a campaign too, and was the sleeper hit of the year with high praise. The difference was that game had a lot of content, about 20 hours, and was actually a good game that put emphasis on gameplay and not story/visuals.

You'll see when u play bro, the mechanics feel similar to Gears, it could of been a standout shooter if it was made to be a loner title.

that's unfortunate about the Order. I was really hoping it would be good ever since I saw that trailer from E3. And to also find out that it's light on the supernatural aspect which I thought would be the overall theme just make's it worse. The whole time I thought you were part of a team trying to solve/battle the supernatural ala Penny Dreadful.

Discouraging news to read the reviews of The Order. It looks like I'll focus on finishing up the current games I have, before buying The Order.

How do you guys like the latest COD? I've been itching to play some multi-player.

I kind of felt The Order was going to review poorly, as much as I hoped that it would amazing. As pretty as it looked, there is nothing in any of the trailers that looks 'fun'.

I mean, games are supposed to look fun...you see a trailer for sunset overdrive, or GTAV, or The last of us, or Infamous:SS, and the gameplay draws you in. 

Every trailer I ever saw for the Order, the gameplay looked plodding.

this news about the order is terrible. it was one of the few games that convinced me to switch from xbox. then it got pushed back dumb far...only to come out and be as long as the godfather when its played on tv? word? 

bruh... can we get a GREAT game or what?

Just saw those new screen shots of the FFXV demo.  It's not looking as good as the stuff shown before; definitely a downgrade, but as long it plays good and the performance is stable, that's fine. Also, that open world looks extremely barren.

ya it should ight. but remember hybrid said no day 1 patch available for the demo so it could be a rocky start. It seems to me the higher the tech the more finnicky the software and therefore the higher probability of a rough release or of problems not ever getting ironed out, battlefield 4 and watchdogs respectively.

latest cod is cod w. jetpacks. fun but nothing at all revolutionary. w/ all the flying aroubd id suggest hardcore modes

Traded it in for evolve which isreal strong.

just wait for world at war 2 which (w/o having seen a single frame of gameplay) has me "waiting like patience on a monument". ps4 still doesnt have its modern warfare 1, 2 or 3 shooter yet so like i said, just wait.

As for what seems like a "rough" start to ps4 when there was so much prkmise w. titles such as the order, chillax, its early. devs. are still catering to last gen owners we're not even full fledged current gen yet, as happens w. all console cycles since what? PS 1 (remember mario 64 was not even conceivable while playing snes' donkey kong country).
