The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Fam....GTA V....online heists...March 10th!

It's very very late but brings new life to the game.
I bought it when it was $40, I just traded it in to BB and got $42. I hadn't heard anything about heists so I had no interest in playing it

Took that trade in credit and paid for Bloodborne

Haven't play GTA V in forever.  That NT GTA Thread makes me wanna though.  They're playing this game where you gotta kill a certain NPC in the online world.  They give the location, you just gotta find the dude/girl and kill, with a photo too.  Then its your turn to kill an NPC and take a picture of them.

I've been trying out some of my PS+ games. I tried Transistor but I didn't really care for it. I think I'm going to try Apotheon after work.

I like apotheon it's cool. Transistor gets better the more you play it and understand how the game works. Finally got a hang of the game and I really like it

I just finished the Order 1886 in about 4 days and heres my take on it:

What I thought was good
 • Graphics are STUNNING, even on a 30hz 1080, the visuals were nothing short of what we expect. Very cinematic.
 • The gameplay system is good, I can only imagine them building on this solid foundation for a even better sequel and hopefully the addition of multiplayer.
 • If you're into games with a good story then I believe this game should do good for you. It is the interesting story which kept me going to finish it at a fast rate.

Downside

 • The actual campaign is not 5-6 hours like some people state.
 • Camera and hiding system sometimes conflict eachother which is annoying.
 • Another annoyance is when the whole mission is just walking which turns into a cinematic which leads to more walking.

I give it a solid

7.5/10

So you're saying the campaign is shorter than 5-6 hours?

I honestly finished it in 3-4 hours on Medium difficulty. This is with exploring and taking some photos with the PS4. The game is beautiful but its pretty linear on what it wants you to do, everything around you aside from a few items is a "look but don't touch" if you get what I'm saying.
Charlie Nash revealed for Street Fighter V
The second piece of news is perhaps the most exciting of all. Also announced today, we will be performing the largest and most ambitious online beta program in franchise history with Street Fighter V on PS4 and PC! These tests will be essential to collect your feedback and to ensure that Street Fighter V is the best iteration yet. In North America, players who pre-order the game will automatically be enrolled into the beta program.
You already know I'm ALL IN!

Ah well I was planning on waiting for it to drop in price anyway.  Just disappointed since I'm a big 3rd person action/shooter fan.

, those quick teleports are a marvel thing.
Sony needs to go ahead and make MvC4 an exclusive as well. Hopefully Capcom, Marvel, Disney and Sony can make something happen.

Those Sonic Boom Teleport Mix ups :wow:

The music and also Bison next.

In my veins please

I'm not sure if I'm getting MGS V day one. I've never beat any MGS game (unless you count Ground Zeroes) and I generally don't play games out of order.

MGSIV had the best controls IMO.  All the other ones had a "fixed" camera (not counting MGS3 subsistence or Peace Walker).  Active camo

That whole franchise changed the game though.  Can't wait to play GZ and TPP.
