Cool. Halo died once Bungie stopped developing them. Not a fan of another company taking over a pre-existing IP. It's pretty much fan fiction.

Did you have an active Best Buy Rewards membership before trying to get the GCU? If you did then there shouldn't be any problems. Give them your phone number to find your account, verify your account, scan the phone then the GCU card, simple. If you didn't have a Best Buy Rewards membership, then I believe the transactions have to be separate for it to work.

No they told me I had to make a new account there and it would go through with the transaction. I got really heated at them due to the staff trying to tell me the deal wasn't valid. Didn't even give me a card. I do have the receipt though and it does clearly have my two gcu's at $0.00

So wait. You have 1 receipt with 2 $0.00 GCU's or 2 receipts with one GCU on each? In either case did you give them only one reward zone account to use? Because if you did then you should be all good.

What do you get with GCU? 20% off all new games? Because that comes out to about 60 - 12 (20%) = $48. But it seems like you can get most new games now for $45 on release date. Either via Dell and their $15 giftcard w/ preorder or just straight up from other places.

Is it most likely that the bundle that dell has for black Friday is the bundle that is going to be sold at all retailer? I wanna pick up a ps4 now but I'm torn should there be a better deal around Thanksgiving. I guess then comes the cost of time when factoring in trying to pick a system up during the holiday rush smh

you can essentially get the membership for free. pricematch the LG440 at Radio Shack for $5 and return the phone. you still get the GCU Membership. its confirmed to work on SlickDeals. gonna try it today after work.
