SE just won't learn. As much as I love Final Fantasy, I can honestly there has not been a great FF game since FF XII. They could make so much money by re-releasing FF games. They could remake FF IV, V and VI for the 3DS/Wii U, VII, VIII, IX and XII for the Vita/PS3 or PS4 (with trophy support). I still get excited when I see something FF related but a lot of times I am disappointed. I really wish Hironobu Sakaguchi was still in charge of FF with Nobou Uematsu as the games composer, that's when any FF game that came out was a sure fire classic, the good days

There is hope. Final Fantasy XIV was/is amazing. All FFXV needs to do is copy that blueprint and simply cut out the MMO aspect.

True. I often forget about XI and XIV because they are not traditional turn based FF games. I have high hopes for XV but I'm not as excited for it as I was when it was revelead as Versus XIII. The game look beautiful but so did XIII. I'm not giving up on FF, I'm just not as excited as I use to be. SE can still make good turn based JRPGs, Bravely Default is proof. That game might as well be Final Fantasy. I am excited for FF Explorers also.

Everytime I watch the FFXV trailer, I'm just in awe as to how ambitious the battle system is. All we had was CGI to go on for years but gameplay didn't disappoint.

I haven't had time for games lately but when FFXV comes out, I'm taking a week off and stuffing my house with food, no questions asked.

Never been a trophy or achievement person. FFXV looks really good though. Definitely excited for that one.

I might of mentioned it a while back, but I also think it would be dope if Square made a collection of all the 8-bit and 16-bit RPG's. They could include trophies/achievements for that audience and introduce the classics to a younger audience while letting the older people be able to play them on their new consoles. They don't even need to redraw anything, just upscale the pixelated graphics so the picture is still sharp at 1080p. The games are already made, how much could it cost to port some NES and SNES games?
