i understand why they put that but its just inconvenient for everyone to not have cell phones. if you have a cell phone will the confiscate it and return it after or will you not be allowed to enter?

they'll probably give it back to you or tell you to return it to your car (like going to court)
I understand the frustration but at the same time it's such a good thing this new generation of being attached to your phone is ridic these days anyway. I remember going to a concert. more people recording looking through their phones than actually watching the performance while it's going on.
