Arya and the hound are gold. I love their characters.

Shay is getting annoying. I hope they take her head off next week.

I hope Jamie starts messing people up with just his left hand.

I CANNOT wait until Joffrey dies. I've never hated a character so much and his statue made me hate him even more lol. I hope he dies a grisly death..

I hope Cersei dies soon also. I can't stand her..

Tywin, Tyrion, Arya and The Hound are my fav characters.
i hate dude too
but we need people like that on the show to hate with a passion
i dont think dude dies

Joff dogg is an awesome character. The statue of him and the disrespect given to Jamie was great, taking his troll game to new levels.

PEOPLE WHO HAVE READ THE BOOKS... Please PM me the answer to this questions. I don't want to spoil it for people not interested in knowing.

Do Joff ever find out the truth about who his real father is?? A simple yes or no is all I need   I don't want extravagant details about who/when/where/why/how

after some searching, dude left GoT to star in the new Transporter movie replacing Jason S. and HBO listened to the fans who hated him as Darrio as well thus a recast.

It's jokes watching some of the on the dl book readers in here try to participate in the conversation without spoiling. Over under 7 until days angry tv only fans are yelling at y'all to g t f o again?

Oh it'll be sooner  remember that chick from last season? I had to have a whole conversation with Meth about getting people banned from the thread. She was ******* blatant with the spoilers :smh:

Can someone who's read the books give a little background on them without spoiling anything? I they're from South of the wall right?

Nah, they're actually one of the clans beyond the Wall. IIRC, they actually come from the furthest point North beyond the Wall.

I think people misunderstood the "they came from the south" comment. Doesn't mean they're from the south but that they snuck up on the group from that direction. It's supposed to show they prob came from a skirmish with crows/how sneaky they are/and how without the warg the wildlings were struggling to scout people coming.

I just finished a show that Ellaria Sand (Prince Oberyn's paramour) was in with the actor that plays Stannis. I'm guessing i'll see her topless and in the cowboy position again in this show.
She's good in Luther too (she plays his wife.) Had me with the feels for my mans Idris when they were talking out their marital problems

My favorite exchange of last night's episode.

“You always know when a man is telling a lie. How did you acquire this magical power?” Ser Alliser asks the Maester.

I grew up in King’s Landing.” - Maester Aemon

I don't need any spoilers but why didn't the wildings and those bald headed dudes fight?
Do they somehow have the same goal?

When they first encountered each other I thought **** was about to go down.

If the answer to this will include spoilers I'd rather not get one.

Thanks.

Rewatching again.

These cannibal wildling dudes(fens/thens??)

So badass.

Can someone who's read the books give a little background on them without spoiling anything? I they're from South of the wall right?

As previously stated, the Thenns are from the northern most point of Westeros. They are the only wildling tribe that has an established hierarchy of power

damn. you would think they would replace him with someone who was blonde at least. was so damn confused when he showed up and I was like now who the hell is this dude.
Right?

But this new dude, Oberyn. :smokin He feels like a mix of Jaqen H'gar and the Khal. I'm with it.

Arya has been one of if not my favorite character since season 1 but the dynamic between her and the Hound since second half of last season has been amazing. For a while now I couldn't help but feel like baby girl is on her way to becoming an assassin God I hope she links back up with the face shifter dude.
Yup. And that ending. :wow: :smokin

That was a light ep...pretty loose and breezy. Loved the beginning with the sword. Loved the ending with the chicken. Shay's still annoying, so I hope it's a wrap for her soon. And I knew this show was missing something ****** up, so of course cannibals. It's just good to have this show back.

Is Oberyn in the 3rd book, or are they already bringing in stuff from the next ones?

they are sprinkling some things that happen in the 4th and 5th book in this season it seems (even some left over parts of book 2), but i believe most of this season will revolve around the 2nd half of book 3. reddit has a discussion thread where users match each scene in the show to the specific chapters in the books.

Game of Thrones Season Premiere Scores Highest HBO Rating Since The Sopranos Finale

Highest rated episode ever for Game of Thrones...

The season four premiere of Games Of Thrones hit a new high for the show and delivered the best ratings for HBO in seven years. The network revealed that the premiere pulled in 6.6 million viewers, blowing away last year's season premiere viewership of 4.4 million. The show's previous record was 5.5 million, which was received for the season three episode "The Climb."

The show is HBO's most watched show since the series finale of The Sopranos, which aired on June 10th, 2007 and drew in 11.9 million viewers.

Snow mentions it during his questioning I think.

Mance has all the clans/groups united.

Pretty sure this whole season is still the 2nd half of the 3rd book.

Okay, cuz from what I've heard, books 4 & 5 happen at the same time and there's a lot of filler.
So if there are only 4 seasons after this, with 4 books to cover...

I'm just waiting for the 'they caught up' panic to start.

Yea books 4 and 5 happen at the same time but we don't get all the story lines at once.

Kinda interested to see how they pull that off since book 4 deals primarily with the characters in the south, while book 5 is more so about the north/slave cities

Yeah, I watched Luther also. She's been in good shows. She looks damn good also.
