Jordan V Laney 2013-Modern Notoriety "Confirmed"

Picked up my RSVP pair from Nike Boston (that was fun since the pick up window was 10-12am, and the red sox parade was at 10am) and my pair looks great. The leather is a clear improvement from the basic leather on most of the 5s this year, being that its tumbled, and the colors look pretty similar to 2000 aside from the jumpman and maybe 1 or 2 other tiny details.

Also got a second via FNL which was relatively smooth compared to some releases, but ever since my old debit expired and I received a new one (same everything except exp date and cvc code) I can't get the orders to submit with my classic FNL member profile. I had to sign in as a guest and use a totally diff email. Needless to say glad this didn't sell out super fast, bc it gave me time to troubleshoot and not lose the pair in my cart. All in all great release, taxi 12s, and bred 1s to close out my 2013.

Not true, they want to get people in the damn store. I'll bet you $1 that store manager is either no longer store manager or, if he is, he's getting his *** kicked by the other chains and won't be manager this time next year...

might do these for a bred 4 trade? good or nah? i had to the breds but kind of want em back
Assuming the black/red 4s are DS, that's a great trade for you. You're basically paying $10 over retail for a pair of shoes that released nearly a year ago (this is assuming you even paid retail for the Laney 5s to start out with).

If that was true, why do corp have a limit on how many pair u can buy for hype releases? Individual manager may not care, but corporate do.
I would agree with this because the more people who come in to buy a pair of shoes, the more likely that store will sell some other merchandise on top of selling the sneakers. They definitely want those socks, shirts, or shorts to sell.

I love my laneys. Def my favorite 5 and they killed it wit the tumbled leather. And y'all hate the oval laces but I love them. Absolutely my favorite cop this year after the 88s. Thanks Nike for the smooth cop also. Easiest cop this year 4 me str8 stress free. Will rock these a couple times n sit these bad boys on ice. I want these to last.

NEXT. taxi 12s. Find me n dat thread. Lol

Yes. It's called damage control and the PR dept does not play when it comes to that, especially for multi million dollar firms.

Remember when Nike didn't care about 'assistance' being used to buy highly anticipated shoes? Enough noise was made, and now orders are being cancelled left and right.
