It is that time of the year, fellas. You know the drill, we do this every year - we'll see how long it takes to get all 32 slots filled and see if we can get this going ASAP.

Rules:

-The goal is 7 rounds.

-Commissioners/GMs get 4 hours to make their pick when they're on the clock from 1PMet-11PMet (MONDAY to THURSDAY). Before/after those hours there is unlimited time.

-WEEKEND(S): TO BE DETERMINED

-There will be two strikes for people that miss their picks. The first strike (first miss) is just a warning. If two strikes are achieved, the person will forfeit their GM duties and we will find a replacement.
 

-For anybody that misses their pick, I will use WaterFootball.com's latest mock draft and make a pick according to who's left on the board and the team's draft needs
 

- GMs may trade picks, prospects, and current players on your roster. No future picks.

Trades to announce:
--Reggie Wayne and pick # 86 to Miami for pick #'s 77 and 108.

--The Dallas Cowboys have officially traded Demarco Murray, a 3rd round pick, and a 5th round pick to the Titans for Chris Johnson.

--Panthers trade 1st (14th) and 2nd(44th) pick to the Chiefs in exchange for Eric Berry a 3rd rd pick (63rd) and a 4th round pick (96th)

--The Ravens will receive the (1) 17th pick and the (3) 79th pick. The Steelers will receive the 32nd pick and Ray Rice.

--STL and KC have reached a trade agreement: The 22nd pick for Jamaal Charles, 2nd (CAR), 5th.

--New Orleans Saints send : Marques Colston, and 3rd pick. Cincinnati Bengal send: 2 2nd round picks

--Steelers receive:
Bills 2nd (41) & Bills 3rd (71)

need to outline the rules..

if players currently on teams can be traded.. time that will be given to each GM to make their picks.. the hours during the day the 'clock' will run.. what happens on weekends.. whether it will change per round.. all that kind of stuff
