As far as a lost package goes, thats never happened to me but I'm assuming Nike would either replace them if there still is a pair in your size or return your money. I also think you should hold UPS accountable and see what you can get from them if you throw "I'm going to seek legal council" lol its a retro, so it's not as easy to replace.

I doubt Nike holds on to extras for this type of thing but who knows. I'm crossing my fingers that it somehow gets delivered today.

It's well past their 7pm deadline (I live in Chicago/same time zone), I don't think Nike does hold onto any pairs as well, so worst case scenario you'll probably get a refund and some coupons. But, I'd go after UPS as well and hold them accountable since one of their employees more than likely stole your package.

You and the other kid are popping up in our thread talking down other men's purchases, which is pretty sad because that's what female's do to one another. I would never critique another man's shoes. At the end of the day, almost everyone who wanted these shoes were able to get them and thats what matters. If they sit they sit, oh well, but not one official Jordan retailer is in full stock of these shoes. You should stick to shoe thread's you like, instead of down talking the one's you don't like, it really speaks volumes of your maturity and level of ignorance to everyone reading.

Hold Nike and UPS both accountable, especially UPS since they are responsible for their employees and their actions. UPS is all sorts of backed up right now. I don't think you're at risk for it being stolen right now. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Monday that was pushed to today.....and still wasn't delivered. I called UPS CS, the hub by my house is apparently like 3 days behind since they got "27 trailers of packages delivered on Sunday." Annoying because I have 7 packages that are supposed to be delivered within the next 3 days. Who knows when any of it comes. Not to mention I picked up a pair of Oreo's for a friend to be delivered to his house....he didn't get them today either.

I'm in Dallas (by the Mesquite UPS hub) for reference.

Does your tracking say it's "out for delivery"? Otherwise, you shouldn't look for it till it does. CS told me yesterday if it goes over 24 hours without a tracking update, you will get directed to another department that will help track the package. If it is just sitting at the hub, it's just caught up with the rest of the packages. I wouldn't be overly concerned about it being stolen; from what I've read on these boards alone, it is RIDICULOUSLY hard for these employees to steal packages from the hubs.

The only thing I can imagine happening is, whoever attends you on the phone telling you they are extremely busy and figured you wanted your TV as soon as possible. At the end of the day, unless you're in bed at 8pm because you have to wake up at like 2,3,4am for work I don't see the point of calling to flip out unless your TV is broken of course. Because you'd just be wasting your time and energy, none of these companies really care at the end of the day in my opinion.
