Nike Air Pegasus ALL NEW MODELS 30, 31, 32 and up

Nike got too many models already and is planning to make even more. Makes it super confusing for the average buyer. I dont get how this makes sense business wise.
I think by unifying different running shoe line names into a Pegasus 41, plus, premium, it introduces a clear pricing ladder like how Apple does iPhones with plus, pro and pro maxes. So Nike can tempt customers into spending more.

I really feel like Nike peaked in 2012 - 2018 or so. They had tons of innovation (flyknit, 4%, vapormax, collaborations like off white and others), the shoes were so visually fantastic and had great performance, and Nike actually engaged with their customers with events such as air max day. You also actually had a chance to win rare shoes on snkrs during that time also.
2009-2012 was peak to me. Been all downhill since then.

LeBron 8-11
Kobe 5-8
Air Max 2009-11
Hyperdunk
Zoom Huarache Trainer
Flyknit Racers and Trainers
Mercurial Superfly 1-3
Zoom Carbon Fly
Vapor Talon Elite
The whole 2012 NFL rollout
College football Pro Combat uniforms
NBA All Star and Christmas releases actually mattered

What a time

The basketball also sometimes did the Olympic and Easter releases.

I didn’t start to buy Nike running until the VF1 and noticed how much greatness there was in there other running lines. Peg or ZF, ER with VF was a nice combo.

For those wondering, the sole says turbo but the tongue says Plus.

My wife been wearing her OG Turbos this week. I gotta pull mine out. Love to see the colorway come back with a FK upper. I never realized Turbos were so revered.

I wouldn't say I revered them like say the ER 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or VFs.

I just like that colorway. That off Tiffany green color with the off pink/red is a nice simple color.

I ran in the OG colorway and returned them lol. There wasn't anything special about them. I preferred the ER 1 for easy run. And preferred the regular Pegasus or ZF for faster pace shoe. And the VF for race day.

It's my issue with Nike right now. Way too much overlap.

I walked Hollywood Studios in them and decided to keep. I been running in my Lunarglide 3s until they die.

My favorite rotation was VF1, ER1, Peg35/PegTurbo. They were ALL so light compared to all the heavy clunkers we've been getting. Invincibles have been good, but for an easy run on pavement, I'd go with the ER1 over Invincible. I'm just hoping Nike is going to swing back to giving us lighter options. I've really been loving Saucony Speed and New Balance FuelCell Rebels. I'm still 100% on Nike racing shoes, but they need to win me back in the training category - losing big time right now IMO.

I agree. The current options for Nike trainers caused me to try other brands and I’m sure glad I did. The Superblast, Novablast 3, and PrimeX Strung have been great.

The last Nike trainer that I really enjoyed was the Tempo Next but I had durability issues with them so I couldn’t substantiate continuing to buy them.

I still love Nike racing. The VF 3 was great last year. I picked up the AF 3 earlier this year and am excited to try them in a race once I recover from a nagging tendon injury.
