Help With Nike Hyperfuse 2010 & 2011

Around 2009-2010, I bought the Jordan 16.5's for hoopin'. I guess they were wide, so I was constantly rolling my ankles.

My next hoopin' shoes were the 2010 Hyperfuse. I still use these. These feel narrow and that's what my feet need; a light, narrow basketball shoe. I have long, narrow feet... size 13.

About 6 months ago, I wanted a new pair of hoopin' shoes. I got the Hyperfuse 2011 thinkin' that they would be very similar to the 2010. They aren't. They feel wider than the 2010 (but not as wide as the 16.5's, SMH) and my ankles are more prone to sprains in the 2011 Hyperfuse. I don't hoop in these because I don't like the fit.

Does anyone know a shoe that has a fit that is very similar to the 2010 Hyperfuse? A narrow, light fit. Or does anyone know where I can find the 2010 Hyperfuse in size 13?

i also ballin in HF 2010 best shoes for me to this day coz the feel, fit, and breathing ventilation. try kobe 5 if u want coz it has similar feel or zoom soldier 6 kinda good

You could try the Hyperfuse 2012.

The Lunar Hypergamer, Air Max Fly By and Hyperenforcer are all pretty similar to the original Hyperfuse too.

Does anyone else agree with me that the 2011 have a different (wider) fit than the 2010?

Definitely.

I have never rolled or sprained my ankles hoopin but I did for the first time in the 2011s, a few times. I have the 2010s and haven't had that problem, and those are my favorite bball shoes along with the Kobe Vs.

I have wide feet so I go a size up to 14 in both hyperfuses, but now that you mention it, the 2011s most definitely have a wider fit.

Have you tried the 2011 and did you notice a difference between those and the 2010's?

Agreed.

Loved the OG hyperfuse, hated the 2011. I copped the Rudy Gay pair at HOH, balled in em twice and then sold em.

You should give the kobe Vs a shot.
