USA prices are high for me in Asia.
Europe boutiques charge a cheaper shipping rate and their prices are more competitive after VAT deduction.
At retail price that is.
But USA have deep discounts on more items though.

EU boutiques are the same for us, no VAT so you can usually find good deals.
