You want your leadoff hitter to be one of your 3 or 4 best hitters with the highest OBP so Joc fits the bill there. I'd bat Puig second, Gonzo 3rd, Kendrick 4. I'd honestly consider batting Rollins 9th to get that second leadoff guy.
