I'm almost positive he'll be up within a month and callaspo will be DFAd.

Baez/league in....ravin out/hatcher DFA.
 
Do you all think they'll make a move by/at the deadline for a starter? Or anything for that matter?

They have to. There's no other choice, AND with Olivera coming up soon I can guarantee that some pieces get moved. Don't know who though.
 
Don't they have a good amount of international picks coming up? I'm sure they'll use though somehow. I'd be very disappointed if they did nothing by the deadline.
 
I don't think those would play until next year because visas. Right now we have Urias and De Leon but those guys are young.
 
Damn well I guess Olivera, Guerrero and one of the outfielders are up for grabs.

I read not to long ago that Friedman would give Maddon line ups for the best match ups. You think he's doing that with Donnie?
 
Ethier's trade value has to be pretty good right now, they better be working the phones on him.

I agree with vindeezy vindeezy and his moves. For who they are Bolsinger / Anderson / Frias have been better than we have expected really, they've kept us in games and kept it within striking distance to give the offense a chance, but it's really the guys regressing to last year, not being able to score with RISP.

This team is too good not to score runs like how they were in the beginning of the season, a couple tweaks here and there especially the guys that Donnie is choosing on playing should help.

Btw, Olivera is scorching in the minors and I'm sure Jimmy is helping out the clubhouse but his bat is just tough to watch ... really need to get him out of the lineup.

Read something a couple days ago by ESPN's Jayson Stark - he has Cueto AND Chapman both being traded to Dodgers lol.

But....The blame goes on the offense just as equally. Right now, they're playing bad, bad baseball. Lost 5 of 6 and the one win on a walk off balk in a 1-0 gm. Don't feel good about tomorrow, either...then a 10 game roadie. Well prolly be in 2nd by the time we come home unless the bats wake up...remember, frisco is doing this without pence, and after having let panda and Morse walk.

Not sold on Kazmir, I like Bolsinger though :\

Cueto doesnt seem like a Friedman and co. move.
 
Yes to cueto/pass on kazmir.

It would take a haul to land cueto, as it would hamels or anyone else worth mentioning. So peralta/baez/league all due back soon. I'll take that as opposed to the shoddy middle relief that's in place, fwiw.

So about the offense that was so good in april....I'm low key happy they're scuffling. I bet friedman was sitting on his high horse at the time.

Was Donnie calling the ump or Anderson a "minor league MFer" when the audio caught him red-handed (red-lipped rather?)
 
Just realized the dodgers only have 14 stolen bases for the year, youve got to be ******** me donnie.
 
I blame getting in at 6am+blowing a wad last night.

Btw, any time la faces a lefty, it's an auto L....The opposition can run out Ted lilly and have a QS.
