True but if the police started off the case as a homicide why didn't they call the coroner right away?   That part makes no sense at all.   If anything the police can be sued by his family from not handling his death properly.   Also his face looked like he was beaten to death.

Looks like it, but there may be extensive bruising and the face may appear deformed from all of that blood and pressure, I don't know, and neither do you. I agree that the coroner thing is suspect though. I could raise issues on some other topics with way more proof than this, and most people would call them conspiracy theories.

i believed he was murdered and its weird that no one knew he was missing during school hours...staff or students. to me, when someone is hanging upside down and still conscious, first thing that comes to their mind is trying to free themselves by pulling themselves up. no one to my knowledge isnt going to willingly hang upside down for a long period of time. i believe he was beaten and then hanged upside down unconscious. that pic is very evidence of it. but thats just my opinion. r.i.p. to kendrick. 
 
This is such a sad story. It's obvious the kid was murdered. There is no other explanation for the trauma on his face. However, let's slow down with the racism. The kids mom described him as the life of the party. With a description like that by his own mother, I think a few red flags should be raised. Extremely social kids are well liked by many, but also make enemies by rubbing plenty of folks the rub way.Remember, it' possible someone killed him because of a beef with him, not with the color of his skin. And I'm black btw.
 
Last link I'll post.  His friends think he was murdered too.  They know the situation better then all of us.

 
thats crazy that picture just spooked me smh...another loss of a life :smh: we've lost to many innocent due to stuff like this and cases go cold i hope they get to the bottom of this and figure out what really happened

dont they have cameras leading to the gym? its 2013 most schools do and all should

Not everything is about race, but a black man in America you are either killed two ways
1)cops/racially motivated
2) by your own people

I agree and I'm gonna chill on the race card until more details come out if they ever come out but I'm sure we can all agree he was murdered and the police were lazy with their investigation.  Just by reading the comments with his friends and family they believe his race played a part in his death being ruled a accident.  Just read the comments people are posting on his facebook page and you will see the ignorance in that community.  smh

Nah, we can't all agree that he was murdered either. Nobody in here is a Coroner or Medical Examiner who has enough experience to make that claim.

The real questions is by who and why? Its also obvious he was set up to meet someone in that gym area at that specific moment...

His picture is proof he was murdered.  Plus the coroner might not even be able to tell since the cops called them late and they didn't let them investigate properly.  That's the main beef his family has is with  the lazy police work just like in the Trayvon Martin case.

His picture is proof he was murdered.  Plus the coroner might not even be able to tell since the cops called them late and they didn't let them investigate properly.  That's the main beef his family has is with  the lazy police work just like in the Trayvon Martin case.

The fact that they called the coroner late is the only suspect thing about it really. The pic is proof he was murdered? How many dead bodies have you seen and investigated in your career as a Forensic Pathologist? Is it your understanding as a certified Medical Professional, who deals with cause of death issues, that a man who dies from hanging upside down won't look like that? That Facebook link you posted is ridiculous. Statements like:

Just showing how ignorant people are in that town.  You also had white people on there saying the pic was fake smh.  But I have saw several dead people's pictures over the net thought out the years and he looks like he was beaten. His face was similar to people who were beaten to death.       His picture looked just like Emmett Till and there is no denying that.     I don't have to be an expert.  It's common sense.

You have no idea what someone looks like when they die, or what someone would look like from hanging upside down for that long, neither does anyone on that Facebook page or in this thread.So the whole town, including the medical examiners, are in on some sort of racist conspiracy to cover up this kid's death? You have reached this hypothesis because the kid "looks like Emmitt Till, who was beaten to death"?

That's it, the KKK drowned him, then brought him into the gym and hung him upside down in the mats, to make it look like he died accidentally. The police and local Medical Examiners were in on it and they all covered it up.
