EXPLOSION @ Boston Marathon

So, if this kid lives. What kind of evidence do they have? Remember these guys are considered "Americans", so he'll have their day in court I believe even though they are guilty by the court of public opinion. Serious question, please don't respond with personal attacks or LULz

I'm still not exactly clear on how that'll work and how/why they don't have to read him his Miranda rights either...I think the feds have significantly more evidence than they;ve released and they can get some witness testimony too...I wonder if the younger one is gonna just let it all out or become a mute when they start questioning/interrogating him?

I'd rather be dead than spend my life in a supermax prison. (I'm assuming he will end up there like all the other bombers) Not even sure how I'd manage to stay sane with no/limited human contact.

Here's were the Patriot act comes into play, especially because he's considered an American.


I believe the younger one is dead, so he won't be saying anything.

Depends on how much of the area they were able to evacuate.

20 block perimeter and I forgot that I did see some images of EOD supporting. Situation isn't just limited to a FLIR unit mounted on a helicopter. They could have used the handheld detectors as well. The search by the authorities lasted almost 24 hours. Say for instance those Black Hawks, equipped with capable technology, they brought in could ferry for 6 hours. Not a very long travel either.

I don't believe you come out and say that you don't know where the suspect is 12 hours later. I mean at one point they wanted to double back with their door-to-door searches, how in the world did this guy even accomplish this?
 
People on tumblr are dumb.

Some are saying this was a govt. job to get more trust in the govt and their services.

Others are saying the cheering is gross and no one cheered when the Newtown shooter was found.

Word. It would have been alot worse if dude had people working with him to get him out of the city. They got lucky that he was dumb enough/too tired to leave Boston.

It's great that they found him but they definitely found him out of luck and not skill. They gotta do better breh.

Really hope they checked every inch of Boston before lifting that ban. Ol dude couldn't have been just cooling in that boat for 24 hours.

Gotta think he would have bled out if they didn't find him. Doubt he was going anywhere.

This situation is a politicians wet dream. Patriotism is high right now, and the public wants some type of reaction to the motive these dudes had. Already on CNN they were talking about how the internet could have molded them.

All bad.

If he was never in the boat, he never would have gotten shot to bleed out

Either way, the best police force in the world shouldn't be depending on that to catch the most wanted man in America
 
He was bleeding from wounds from first shoot out though. Did they confirm he fled scene on foot at first?
 
Sometimes when I see people always complaining about the government and always yelling "conspiracy" or how bad the United States policies are.

I'm reminded of Jack Nicholson 'A Few Good Men" speech where he says doesn't have explain himself to people who rise and sleeps under the blanket of the freedom that he provides.

The bombing happened on the 15th. Reported video shows suspects with bags. Homeland Security/FBI were on it the minute those bombs blew and the footage was made available. Any and every identifiable face on those videos and images that even people take and post on the web are referenced for potential suspects in real-time.

For it to come down to them looking for one kid for that long, man the agencies aren't that stupid.

trained to evade? youre not living in the real world. its not that hard for an average looking person to disappear off the map. you make it seem like its some CSI borne identity type technology in use right now where cameras pinpoint cheekbone height and ear width on a face in the middle of a crowd 2 blocks away. trained professionals cant do that? have you NOT heard of chris dorner? yes homeland and fbi was searching as soon as videos were made available. but they didnt know who it was that fast. ur not being realistic. they had to narrow down SUSPECTS out of 1000s of people. with grainy videos. amid chaos. and if it wasnt for the two bombers tryna be all cool and acting calmly..odds are wed STILL be looking for suspects, not having 1 dead and the other in custody. if they hadnt been so dumb to kill the cop at MIT would we even have known what AREA they were in? cmon now...be realistic. potential suspects in real time, lol ur funny. like i said, ur making it seem like finding 1 person in a city AT NIGHT is easy to do.
 
Any idea what Glen Beck is talking about he'll reveal on Monday if the government doesn't come clean? Whole thing seems outta left field..
