Anyone know if I should refuse a Kith package or file an official return. I just want to avoid return shipping costs.

I always empty cart first and just refresh my checkout tab once I have whatever I actually want in my cart. This avoids any mistake orders.

I contacted them as soon as I made the order, and they got back to me saying the package is automatically exported in bulk to their warehouse and aren't able to cancel it. Then I got shipping like 1 minute later.

I e-mailed them back asking if there was any way to return the order for credit because if I follow the official directions, it says no refunds on that order.

Another kicker, on their FAQ is says no returns from international orders :frown:

I'm really hoping something works out. At this point I'm forced to refuse the package at my door.

Thats halarious.....there is NO difference in person so Im really curious to see what they can possibly check for that I haven't. Every single thing matches down to the damn laces and comfort of the shoes themselves.

I'm willing to send a pair if they can confirm its going to be sent back and give a expected turn around timeframe so I can return to Ruze if these are in fact fake.

Kith aside, I've never understood how a company "can't cancel a package". Pick up the damn phone for Christ's sakes. If they made the mistake, they'd stop it ...

Exactly, tell them you'd feel more comfortable that they purchased them directly themselves.
 
If you guys want to hang on to them, you have 30 days. I'll keep this thread up to date with news from Asics as I get it.
