Digital dope shots, your pics are real crisp. Must be nice to play ball over there.

Anyway I gotta question for you camera heads out there, is it worth the money to buy a hood for my lens or its just a waste of money?

Do they actually work or its just something you put on that makes you look like you know what your doing?

Lens hood help protect your lens from unwanted light. IMO yeah, it kinda makes you feel pro-%*@ but not really lol you're not gonna look pro with a smallhood on your 18-55 lens

plus if you drop your camera the hood takes the impact sometimes instead of the lens
