I'm just going to say this (cause someone felt it necessary talk *$%+ about me)and be done cause I as I said I'm done with this thread.

I might not like some peoples work. I might think it's ehh, nothing remotely special. I might think some of you should put your camera down pick up a bookon photography before picking up your camera again. But the fact of the matter is I don't talk *$%+ about any of you. Some of you I know say *$%+ about mecause I've seen it on ISS and in various other threads on NT and/or just heard it through the grape vine.

If I have criticism of your work or photography practice, it's about that, and it's nothing personal. If it becomes personal it's because"you" make it that. I don't sugar coat *$%+ when it comes to photography. If you want to do that with my work. Be my guest. "The Bacci'sCrew" is the first post, page one. Go in, do what I've done for over 200+ pages and constructively explain to me things I've done wrong or couldhave done differently to greater exploration of the concept at hand.

But to answer your question, I don't know that I think I'm dope (I appreciate those who do), but I you're more than welcome to think I'm notand convincing you otherwise is really of no interest of mine. I could tell/show you any number things that may or may not make you think I'm a good ordope photographer but ehh..

If anyone has question you feel I can answer or would like me to give you a critique of your work you can PM me. Cause honestly this thread doesn't help meand anyone appreciative of what I've done for 200+ pages either IM's, PM's or emails me with any questions/critiques/etc. so it's reallywhatever.

One last thing, since i'm posting here. 2jooordan3, that last image is nice. It's like a juxtaposition of life (yours or your family, and how you live)absent the presence of that life. I like it.

I took this in a real crappy bathroom when I was drunk the other day. I don't even know why but I like it........

Quickster - I just recently updated my gear with some 430ex (I and II) flashes and V2s to trig them. I have been doing some practice as well and I like some ofthe photos I get with this technique. My question is if you use umbrellas, diffuser or just regular omnibouncers? For the photos above for instance.

I guess it will be a lot of more $%+% to carry around if you want the umbrellas with the tripods and everything. Photos seem to come out great with just theomnibouncers, or what is your opinion about that?

Thanks
/David

Open up the shutter and/or bump up the ISO. F-stop is mainly for DOF not light, yet opening it up will allow more light but will affect your DOF

I see a hint of blue on the whites in your pics. Adjust the WB and you'll be good.
