3 years smh , dmv and court is a hassle ..i got my own code

i drive by word to dexter and harry's code.....i'll almost miss the

rush once i get it reinstated

I used to wonder how people drive on suspended licenses like that but after seeing first-hand how stupid some of our driving laws are I understand.

If a cop sees you do quick lane change, accelerate fast, or anything that he just doesn't like, he can call it reckless driving and it hits you with an automatic 6 month license suspension. The reckless driving is completely subjective with no specific guidelines of what is considered reckless and in some places it is considered a misdemeanor. So it can also be a crime that shows up on your record.

Had my sisters insurance on the car, drove from age 16-18 no license .... My brother in law has been driving for like 5 years suspended license , he also has full coverage-

13 mos. I just got license back in February. It's nerve wracking. I would steady be looking for cops and if I saw one x number of cars behind me I would just pull over to a gas station or whatever it took to make sure they didn't get behind me. Thanks God I never got pulled over.
 
All together, about a year. Mostly the courts and the dmv not communicating with each other like they needed to.

I drove like an old lady all the time. Last thing I needed was to get caught up over a traffic violation...

There were many things through out my case that just baffled me...but that's a different story :smh:
 
Suspended? 90 days...

Drove on an expired license for 364 days...

Got it renewed right before I wouldve had to take the test again

like 2 years cost me like almost 2,000 to get it back due to sur charges and late fee's smh... :smh:
 
yea...was suspended for two years.  didn't bother getting it reinstated, didn't even have a whip anyway.  it was hell tryna get into bars/clubs/etc. without an actual license doe

 ended up having to take this drivers course, was mad easy then went to dmv paid a fine got reinstated.
