I actually bought them my freshman year of college and returned them one week later, just cuz I needed the money for more important extra-curricularactivities.

I promised myself that when finances weren't an issue, I would definitely snap up a few pairs.

Friends, that time is now upon us.

I wore a pair in a charity hoops game between the faculty "Dream Team" of my school district against the Harlem Rockets on Friday and they weregreat!

Does this work online or not? Can you call a footlocker and make them order something to get to their store, buy it online, and pick it up at the store?

Footlocker in my area said all new releases including ZK3 are excluded. Can anyone confirm this?

There is no "official excluded" list, there are some main items that are excluded from all stores (Countdown Pack) but some stores excludealmost everything and some don't it's YMMV.

Does anyone know if I can use this oN the 2K4's are Kobe III's and white Tee's ? ? ? thanks

Very good question! Many chain retail stores do and most of them have a limit of two weeks per price adjustment!

I actually prefer when there aren't any "Must-Have" shoes for sale during an F&F. This allows me to stock up on the items thatwould usually be additional expenses such as: Nike College gear, Dri-Fit gear for the gym, receiver's gloves, etc.

You just have to know where to find the great stuff, in-store is usually not that place.

This is how I do it and the Foot Locker and Champs employees LOVE me for it:

Research on Eastbay or Footlocker.com

Enter all of the item info onto an easy-to read Excel spreadsheet, ie: Sku #, Size, Color, Item Name

excel1.jpg

(You can even calculate the total, as well as S&H and tax, if you're any good. I'm sure most of us on NT could handle Excel since the interfacefor NT is more complex!)

Bring the list into a store and walk up to the register.

Tell the associate, that you want to make an "In-Store Catalogue Order"

They will order your gear over the phone, wherein you can pay with whatever method you want at the register and have it delivered wherever you want it to.

Added bonus: You can return unwanted items directly to any store within the chain.

As always: KEEP ALL RECEIPTS!

How do you find the SKU #? Is that the same as the product #?
Man, I wish they would just have an online code!

Foot Locker, Foot Action, Champs, Eastbay all refer to it as a Product number, but in retail, that is in essence the SKU #.

What I posted was long and makes the homework seem tedious, but it's very easy to do and I'm sure you won't mind that kind of homework!

And when you go into the store prepared like that, the managers look kindly upon you and in some cases allow for some exclusions to be bypassed, ethical ornot!

Don't expect this but when you help them out on a regular basis like this, they might give you an "employee discount" or some other helpoccasionally!

Remember, this has been my experience, right or wrong. This doesn't happen everywhere or with every manager!

It's how business should be done...

Good lookin out right there. I was so close to buying the ZF 95's but now I am gonna wait for the 30% off.

Not too bad

probably been asked a million times but do you think we can get away with phone orders by calling footlocker.com and using this code with eastbay products?

Absolutely Yes! Check my post at 9:53 above.

The companies above: FL, FA, EB, and Champs were all subsidiaries of Venator, their parent company, hence the interfaces on their websites were all similar aswell as their product numbers!

You can lump ESPN SHOP in with the above mentioned companies.

So the product number for say the Yellow Maryland SOD shorts will be the same across all five websites although they might not be listed at one or more ofthem.

Here, check this out:

Foot Locker:

Foot Action:

Champs:

Eastbay:

ESPN SHOP:

ALWAYS check Eastbay first!

I'm hoping ZF95 and FP1s are not excluded. Might pick up another pair of XX3s if they aren't excluded too. Time will tell I guess.

As I always do when this sale rolls around.....

Does anyone have a scanned photo of the Lacoste section from the latest Eastbay catalog?

I could use an extra polo or 2 for the Spring.
