I think you should re-read my post... of course their influenced by their respective tournament... my point was that Nike's selection of color on the previous 3 shoes were unique and if the french open cw follows suit then it wouldnt have the tournament colors because thats what was selected for Australian open cw but will they grab inspiration from the tournament absolutely
us open cw: all blk and blue sole
tourney colors: royal blue, red, white
wimbledon cw: all white and green sole
tourney colors: purple, green, and white
australian open cw: blue, gradient orange
tourney colors: blue, gradient orange
I never commented on reebok but yes as we all know Nike can do whatever they want and recycle a concept

He replied back to me yesterday explaining the mix-up in price. Which if you look at his other items that are listed, are at market value so I tend to believe him. I wont leave him negative feedback probably neutral tho.Just checked my email and got a refund for my royals........
I mean we all know that getting a unreleased shoe for $15 over retail is a steal. I wont sweat it and Ill give him the benefit of doubt that he made a mistake and move on. I wonder if the cards will be in the gen-pop release.
I also tried to bait him into a BIN offer but he quoted some ebay policy about selling outside of ebay

The colours on the SP's all reference the tournaments. Granted all of the colours are not featured, but they are all influenced by the tournaments.

Oh, so there's no ebay policy stating you should honor your prices once you've accepted the buyer's money?
Turn the other cheek if you wish - nothing wrong with that. But, dude didn't make an "honest mistake." He underestimated the market for the shoe and took himself a second bite at the apple.
You know what honest people do when they make mistakes that don't actually hurt anybody? They live with the consequences.
He deserves negative feedback - point blank. "Turning the other cheek" is your completely personal decision, but as an ebay user you have responsibility to the community to objectively characterize his actions - and he was dishonest (even if it was "by accident"). That responsibility is not personal; it's to all other ebay users.

If it was an honest mistake he would have told you before posting the shoes and re-selling them before someone else could buy it. I think ebay doesn't let you leave negative feedback for about a week or so, therefore new buyers won't know what they are getting into until later on.

He obviously underestimated the shoe. $50 cheaper than I paid, and he decides he wants the extra funds. Neg him chaps. Bad customer service there.

Ive posted an item and forget to look at all the details of the ad ( ebay just recently changed their ad template as well, there is a drop down box with codes ie 001 is free shipping, 002 shipping based on location etc) listed the item and it sold. I contacted the buyer explained the issue and it was resolved. The issue was I had selected free shipping option but I explained to him that it was mistake the guy paid for shipping end of story.
Negative feedback can be left after the transaction is complete and posted instantly

In that case I can see that being a mistake. But he saw more money could be made and relisted the item.
And NO negative feedback cannot be left "instantly" and its actually for 7 days because he is a power seller.
