i think personally that adidas stole this idea from nike when they hired the 3 former designers that worked at nike

adidas tried to be smart and released the xenos quick with this material before nike did it with the 90s

nike is the number 1 sneaker brand no need for them to steal ideas from other companies

Some of y'all ride damn hard for Nike, like they give a damb about anything but your pockets . Obviously it's subjective, but I believe the xeno flux were executed much better than those 90's.
