Yes sir, these are Nike iD's in Solar Red.
I don't know about the two different prices, on the UK site there is only one price for the AM90 HYP iD's.

just called nike and they said my pair of solar red 90 iD's i ordered on 2/23 are showing a projected ship date of april 1st... 
i asked her why and she said the whole iD factory shut down for a month for something, not sure why...
anyways, i got her to give me a discount code...
i wanted to wear these in miami for WMC later this month...
definitely the longest i've ever had to wait for some iD's, and i've ordered tons since 2006...
