Actually that's pretty standard.
Almost every Friday and Saturday minimums are starting at 2k, 1.5k if reservations are low.
Trust though, we sell out every time, so if you're truly adamant about getting bottle service get locked in asap cause pricing goes up.

On a Monday you'll be good by the time you get there the line should be broken 5 minute wait tops.

Noah's a good dude, but he is not I unfortunately. We worked together at Marquee and opened Light together.

It really depends on preference actually.
Some times Drais' can be overwhelming, especially if you don't have a table. Crowded is an understatement.
The Bank is a more intimate, closely knit party. I've had my fair share of epic nights at both places.
When it comes down to it the headliner can play a major part. Drais' usually has a relevant hip hop act on Sundays.
The Bank can have their occasional performer but usually just the resident DJ. Those guys know how to spin and throw a party though.

You definitely would know better than me but I've never been a fan of the Bank. Headliner definitely matters as you mentioned.
 
My bad I thought I remember someone before saying you were, and I knew you worked for Light when it opened and so did he. And with him getting removed recently from JC forums and now you posting I just put that together with that assumption :lol:

alright. here's my recap from this previous weekend.

couldn't sleep after work thursday, and rather than take the 2-3 hours of sleep i said **** it and drank. got on the road around 1030, and we drank on the way out. didn't get into Vegas 'til 630, drive was unreal. we went from drunk to hungover in the matter of the trip.

check into the hotel, have a couple drinks, a guy we know from high school stops by our room with party supplies, we do our **** then head off to 1 Oak, since my boy says he has the plug there. turns out his "plug" is having to pay $20 to get in smh. we roll in, have a couple drinks, then one of my buddies is too ****** up so they wanted to get him back to the hotel. luckily i met some swedish chick with nice fake **** and a nice *** in there and was dancing with her at the time, so i stayed instead of dealing with our boy.

dance with this chick, talk to her a little, the try to get out of there. she said she's waiting for her cousin so i tell the dude with her cousin to hurry the **** up. we end up at some suite in the venetian? (honestly couldn't tell you where we were). in bed with this chick, and some dude walks in the bedroom and is like who the **** are you guys?? i'm just like damn, i'm out. (still not sure why we were in there, thought the cousin was staying there or something). we end up at the luxor where the girls were staying. took care of business, got out of there at 9 something in the morning, headed back to our hotel, and went into hibernation. my boys went to the flamingo pool and got buckets of beer, sleep sounded better to me.

grabbed food, beer, and went back to the room to get started for the night. drank until 1115, rolled out to XS where i had the plug. (only used the plug for 2 people before so i was nervous about it falling through. got 5 of us into XS for Skrillex without waiting in line & no cover. stayed for a few songs into Skrillex and decided to hit the strip instead. those guys ended up at Senor Frogs, I ended up at some hotel bar, met some girl and chilled with her for a couple hours. not quite sure how i ****** that one up. rolled back to the luxor because the chick from the night before said to roll through, but couldn't find the room. i was ******. at this point it's a cool 730. went to the breakfast buffet, got a few mimosas and went back to my room, died for a couple days, and we rolled back home to san diego.

all in all a damn good trip, just wish it didn't end so fast. can't wait to get back out.

Booked two nights at Cosmo, came out to ~700, used their Look No Further Guarantee form (used the Desert Hops package link) and they denied it, but somehow found me a lower rate, both nights came out to ~450? :nerd:

I just booked at the Delano for December and got $378 including resort fees for two nights :smokin
