Samsung passes Apple in U.S. smartphone market - report

I currently have a 4s wont get another phone till the iphone 6 drops. If the iphone 6 is not up to par im switching to a galaxy.
 
I just got a samsung galaxy phone even though its the s2 its a million times better then the crappy blackberry I had

Great product without the apple price

By then you would want a new phone. Battery life is ridiculously good that I have yet to meet anyone needing to replace a battery after 4 years. Most people get new phones every 2 years due to carrier subsidy.

Storage is the same story. Storage is so damn cheap, there is really no need to swap media. And with cloud storage, swappable storage media becomes even more irrelevant. Somehow the Droid fans can't comprehend this.

You guys are trying really hard to love features that don't exist.
 
My note 2 doesn't lag....my s3 didn't lag. I have never rocked with the chepo androids.

Owned Iphone 3 4 and 4s and bought the 5 for my wife.....im not loyal to either company. Technology is always changing yet apple charges full price for outdated tech.

I love having 16 gig plus 64 gig of removable storage. To some its not necessary, but to me its high on the priority list when choosing cell phones.

I will say though sometimes I miss the I messages etc but from a pure hardware front, note 2 is the best phone I have owned hands down.
 
So not only does Samsung have the HDTV game on smash, but also the mobile device game too!?!? Props to them :pimp:
 
i have two friends that work for/at apple and they both have non apple phones, both have told me to never get an iphone (i used to have an iphone and swiched to a S3, i just dont see how an iphone is better in any way. if anyone would like to enlighten me then go ahead)

Its all preference my good man. I have an iphone 4S and it is jailbroken. I honestly don't ever want a new phone....EVER :lol: It does every and anything i need it too. Download apps for free, i can tether for free, i can change icon themes, get nbatv for free, mlb at bat for free, i can get all third party tweaks and widgets that i want. I also have a jailbroken ipad 2....so i don't like phones with big screens since i have a tablet so i don't even want an iphone 5 with its bigger screen.
 
Did anyone read the article? It did NOT factor in apple stores, which means that Samsung did NOT outsell apple products. Apple is not going to hibernate like Gates made them in the 90s. Not this time 8)

I work for a wireless company so I use all it and truthfully at this point in the game if you are paying 199.99 for a smartphone you are getting something good.

Both ecosystems have lagged and glitched on me. I had an iPhone 5 for 3 weeks and the apps would just magically close on me. My note 2 keeps force closing instagram. **** happens.

Quiet as kept thought the only wireless device I've ever owned that did not do anything weird was the HTC DNA. It was perfect to me but the failure rates across the company were higher than they should have been.

It ain't hard to change an iphone battery..
I ordered it when my battery bloated from ifixit and installed out before I found out that they have a repair manual for everything iphone related. And for the people who aren't tech savvy, it's like forty bucks to get it done at a ubreakifix down here in Miami.

download textra it'll give you group messaging similar to imessage
 
Not even being funny..... but I would never buy that galaxy zoom joint. It has bad idea written all over it...

Like others I have a 4s and really don't see me getting a new phone anytime soon. Been considering the G4 but I'm so partial to imessage.
 
Dont know if yall know... bit there's a galaxy camera already on the market...

It comes with a data plan too..

Our business rep said he sold 100 to a real estate company .. they use it to upload pphotos of properties instantly and in great detail...

A camera phone can't take pictures like a stand alone camera, but you can only upload over wifi on cameras that are capable.

The galaxy camera squashed that. Had ics on it and everything.
